Glass bottle – medicine bottle with black safety cap is a practical and reliable packaging suitable for precise dosing of various liquid preparations. It consists of a durable glass container complemented by a safety closure that helps protect the contents against unintended opening and ensures hygienic sealing of the packaging. Thanks to the high-quality glass, the packaging is suitable for a variety of formulations that require stability, purity and professional presentation.
This glass bottle – medicine bottle is a stand-alone packaging that is compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems according to the selected parameters. You can combine it with screw caps, droppers, spray heads or practical applicators that are adapted to the corresponding neck type. The packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) to verify long-term stability and safe use of the product.
All technical parameters of the packaging are specified in the attached packaging quality certificate and in the product parameters.
The glass medicine bottle is suitable for a wide range of cosmetic formulations including oil serums, face and body oils, toners and specialised solutions with active ingredients. The stable glass helps to reduce the risk of interactions with the contents and allows safe dosing in smaller amounts. For highly reactive or highly concentrated blends, we always recommend testing compatibility with the specific formulation in a smaller trial batch.
The packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are observed; however, it is recommended to pay attention to thorough cleaning between individual fillings. Before each new use, the bottle and cap must be mechanically cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable agent, for example isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and undesirable changes in the fragrance or colour of the new product due to residues of the original formulation.
Before reuse, we recommend first rinsing the bottle thoroughly with a suitable cleaning solution (in the case of oil residues, for example with a mild detergent and warm water), then rinsing it with clean water and allowing it to dry completely. After drying, apply disinfection to the inner surface, for example by spraying or rinsing with a small amount of isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after cleaning and disinfection is the packaging ready for new filling, ideally with a product of a similar type, in order to minimise the risk of residual odour or colour.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend including it in the recycling system according to the material composition specified in the product parameters. The glass bottle itself usually belongs in the container designated for glass, while the cap must be sorted according to the material specified in the technical parameters of the packaging. Before placing it in sorted waste, empty the packaging of product residues and, ideally, rinse it to facilitate its further processing in the recycling process.
To select a suitable bottle, medicine bottle or other packaging, you can use the advanced filter available at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category. In the advanced filter you can conveniently set the required parameters such as neck type, size, colour or packaging material. In this way, you quickly narrow down the offer to packaging that corresponds to your formulation and design requirements, and you more easily find a suitable combination of container and closure or dosing element.
