Glass dropper bottle with white opaque glass and black-gold glossy dispenser 10 ml represents an elegant and functional packaging for modern cosmetic and galenic products. The opaque white glass helps reduce light penetration to the contents, thereby contributing to the protection of light-sensitive formulations and extending their stability. In combination with a precise dispensing mechanism, this bottle is suitable for filling liquid and slightly viscous products for which controlled and hygienic dosing is important. Thanks to its compact volume, it is ideal for final packaging of finished products, travel sizes and samples for professional or hobby use.
This product represents a ready-made combination of glass bottle and glossy dispensing cap, designed to form together a functional and visually consistent packaging set. Combinations of containers and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are specified in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the bottle can be reused if handled correctly and basic hygiene rules are observed. Before each refilling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the packaging and then disinfecting it with a suitable agent, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol intended for this purpose. For disinfection, you can use the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. Only after the inner surface of the bottle and the dispenser have completely dried is the packaging suitable for refilling.
The dispenser first needs to be mechanically freed from residues of the previous product, for example by rinsing with a suitable cleaning medium that is compatible with the raw materials used (lukewarm water with a mild detergent is often sufficient). Then it is advisable to flush the internal system of the dispenser with a small amount of alcohol, which will help remove formulation residues and support hygiene. After flushing, allow all parts to dry thoroughly at room temperature. Before filling a new formulation, we recommend performing trial dosing with clean water to verify the pump functionality and cleanliness of the outlet.
The integrated dispenser is designed for the application of standard liquid to slightly viscous cosmetic preparations, such as lighter oils, fluid serums and thin emulsions. For very thick oils or gel-like textures, dosing may be less smooth, so before batch filling we recommend carrying out a test with your specific formulation. This will allow you to verify whether the pump delivers the required dose amount without excessive pressure or clogging.
We recommend storing filled glass bottles in a dry place at a stable room temperature, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat. Although the opaque white glass helps limit light exposure, long-term exposure to high temperatures or intense light can affect the stability of sensitive components of the product. The dispenser should always be carefully closed after use to minimise contact of the contents with air and impurities. For formulations with specific storage requirements, follow the recommendations relating to the particular raw materials used.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend recycling it in accordance with the recommendations given in the parameters of the relevant product on the Handymade.sk website. As a rule, the glass bottle can, after being emptied and basically cleaned, be placed in the container intended for glass, while the plastic and metal parts of the dispenser should be separated and sorted according to local waste separation rules. When handling, remove as much of the cosmetic product residues as possible so as not to contaminate other recycled material. Always follow local waste sorting instructions and the information in the parameter table for the given packaging.
The simplest way to select suitable packaging is to use the advanced filter in the packaging materials category. After clicking on the relevant category, the advanced filter is located at the top of the page and allows you to search more precisely. You can filter by neck type, size, colour and packaging material, or combine several parameters at once. This way you can quickly find bottles, jars, pots or medicine bottles that will match your formulation and the visual style of your brand. If you are unsure, it is worthwhile comparing several selected packages and always carrying out a trial filling.
