Plastic trigger sprayer 24/410 transparent smooth collar is a practical solution for precise dosing of liquid preparations in the form of a fine spray. Thanks to the ergonomic trigger mechanism and transparent design, it enables comfortable application and visual control of the contents in the bottle. It is suitable for packaging a wide range of cosmetic, cleaning and auxiliary solutions, where even atomization without contact with the contents is important.
The sprayer is designed to ensure controlled dosing and minimize product waste. In combination with a compatible bottle, it creates a functional packaging system that supports clean, repeatable and user-friendly application of the final product.
The sprayer is intended as a separate component to complement a compatible bottle or vial. They are compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters of the specific packaging. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behavior of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

The sprayer can be used repeatedly if you follow basic hygiene principles and the mechanism remains fully functional. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting the bottle and the sprayer, ideally using a suitable alcohol, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable. This minimizes the risk of microbial contamination and undesirable reactions between the residues of the original product and the new formulation.
Before reuse, we recommend disassembling the sprayer into accessible parts (without forceful mechanical intervention), rinsing them with warm water and detergent and then spraying clean water through several times to remove residues of the original preparation. After mechanical cleaning, it is advisable to disinfect the components with a suitable alcohol solution, for example with the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable. After disinfection, let all parts dry thoroughly at room temperature and only then reassemble and refill the sprayer.
The functionality of the sprayer depends on the viscosity and composition of the final product. For more viscous or oily formulations, we recommend first performing a trial filling in a small quantity and testing the suction, smooth operation of the trigger, fineness of atomization and evenness of dosing. If the product passes through the tube and nozzle without clogging and does not leave excessive deposits, you can use the sprayer even in long-term operation. For very dense or highly oily blends, another type of dosing system (e.g. pump or dropper) may be more suitable.
To select the right packaging, you can use the advanced filter within the packaging material categories on the website. The advanced filter is located at the top of the page after clicking on a specific category (for example bottles, vials or plastic packaging). It allows sorting by parameters such as neck type, size, color and material. Thanks to this, you can easily find a compatible bottle or container that will correspond to this sprayer and to the requirements of your product.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the type of material specified in the product parameters on the website. First, empty the remaining contents as much as possible; remove any remaining preparation by rinsing. Then sort the sprayer and the bottle into the appropriate collection container according to local waste management rules (plastic, glass, etc.), following the recycling marking of the material specified in the parameter table. In this way, you support responsible handling of packaging and the reduction of mixed waste volume.
