Transparent glass bottle with aluminium cap 15 ml represents a universal and professional packaging suitable for filling various liquid and slightly viscous preparations. Thanks to the solid glass container and high-quality metal closure, the bottle is ideal for smaller doses of cosmetic blends, concentrated solutions, as well as home and artisanal production. The transparent glass enables immediate visual control of the contents and makes it easy to estimate the remaining amount of product.
This type of packaging is suitable for formulations where stability, purity and professional presentation are important – from facial serums through aromatherapeutic concentrates to precise doses of active ingredients. Closing by means of the metal cap ensures reliable sealing, which, with proper handling, reduces the risk of leakage, evaporation or contamination of the contents.
This glass bottle is designed to be compatible with various types of closures and dosing according to the parameters selected at purchase. It can be combined for example with screw caps, droppers, sprays or practical applicators, which makes it possible to adapt the method of dosing to the specific type of product.
The combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – to verify sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation under the conditions in which the final product will be used and stored.
All technical parameters of the packaging are stated in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The simplest way is to use the extended filter in the packaging category. After clicking on the relevant category, the filtering option appears at the top of the page, where you can choose parameters such as neck type, size, colour or packaging material. In this way you will quickly select bottles, vials or jars that best correspond to your formulation and to the desired appearance of the product.
Yes, the glass packaging can, with proper handling, be used repeatedly. Before each new filling, however, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the bottle and the closure and then disinfect them, in order to minimize the risk of microbial contamination. For disinfection we recommend using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, for example the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after the packaging has completely dried is it appropriate to proceed to refilling.
First we recommend mechanical rinsing with lukewarm water and a suitable cleaning agent that dissolves the residues of the specific formulation well (for example more fatty oils or aqueous solutions). After thorough rinsing with clean water, it is suitable to let the bottle drain and dry. Afterwards it is necessary to apply disinfection – a short contact with an alcoholic solution, for example with isopropyl alcohol or ethanol in the recommended concentration, is sufficient. After the alcohol has evaporated and complete drying, the packaging is ready for new filling.
By its nature, this smaller glass bottle is ideal for concentrated preparations where a smaller amount is applied at one time – for example facial serums, intensive facial treatments, essential oils, strong aromatic blends or test samples. In combination with a dropper or another precise dispenser, it is also suitable for products that require controlled dosing drop by drop or in small volumes.
If you do not plan to use the bottle further, it is suitable, after emptying and basic rinsing, to place it in sorted waste according to the material composition stated in the product parameters. The glass part can usually be thrown into the container intended for glass, the metal cap into metal waste or according to the instructions of your collection system. Before recycling we recommend removing coarse product residues from the packaging so that the waste processing procedure is burdened as little as possible.
