The plastic bottle with spray dispenser represents a practical and hygienic solution for dispensing various liquid preparations where fine and even atomization is important. Thanks to the high-quality design of the packaging and the spray head, it is suitable for filling cosmetic and cleaning blends where controlled application without the hand coming into contact with the contents is required. The combination of a plastic container and a functional spray dispenser makes it a universal choice for home use as well as for smaller professional use.
The combination of bottle with spray dispenser created directly on Handymade has been tested and is functional in terms of compatibility between the neck and the spray head. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – verify sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (especially when using a high proportion of alcohol, essential oils or other active substances). In this way you ensure reliable performance of the packaging during long-term use.
All technical parameters of the packaging are specified in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The packaging can be reused if basic hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and the spray dispenser, rinsing them and then disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example with isopropyl alcohol or denatured plant ethanol. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely in order to minimize the risk of affecting the stability of your formula and to ensure the highest possible level of hygiene during further use.
This packaging is optimal especially for low-viscosity liquids that need to be applied in the form of a fine mist or spray. These include, for example, face and body waters, hydrolats, air fresheners, hair tonics and light cleaning solutions. For thicker emulsions or gels, we recommend considering another type of dispensing, such as a pump or a dispensing head adapted to higher viscosity, in order to prevent clogging of the spray dispenser and irregular dosing.
For reliable long-term performance, it is important to use in the spray dispenser only filtrates and blends that do not contain larger solid particles and are not too viscous. Before first use, press the spray dispenser several times so that the dip tube and head fill with product. For formulations with a high proportion of essential oils or alcohol, we recommend performing a stress test – fill the packaging with a smaller amount of product, monitor the functionality of the mechanism and the tightness of the closure over an extended period, and store the packaging in an upright position to minimize constant stress on the sealing.
If you decide not to use the packaging any further, we recommend recycling it where possible according to the type of plastic specified in the product parameters. First completely empty the bottle and the spray dispenser and rinse out any remaining contents. Then place the packaging into the appropriate separate waste stream in accordance with local plastic collection rules. If the bottle is made of recyclable plastic marked with the appropriate symbol, correct sorting will support further processing of the material and help reduce the amount of waste.
The simplest way is to use the advanced filter in the relevant packaging category. After clicking on the category of bottles, phials or jars, you will find the advanced filtering at the top of the page. You can conveniently select packaging according to parameters such as neck type, size, colour and material. This will allow you to quickly narrow down the offer to packaging that matches your formulation and the desired method of dispensing, and to more easily find a solution suitable for the specific product.
