The aluminum bottle with transparent cap represents a lightweight, durable and professional-looking packaging suitable for various liquid as well as finely powdered formulations. Thanks to the stable metal material and the high-quality sealing closure, it is ideal as a practical cosmetic bottle, travel container or packaging for concentrated products where protection of the contents and a clean appearance are important.

The individual aluminum bottles are compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters for the specific product. The packaging and closure combinations that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behavior of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, the bottle must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable agent, for example isopropyl alcohol IPA 99% or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96% denatured. This minimizes the risk of microbial contamination and of your formulation being affected by residues of the previous product.
First rinse the bottle with a suitable cleaning solution or mild soap and warm water, avoiding aggressive abrasive agents that could damage the surface. After mechanical cleaning, allow the packaging to drain and dry, then disinfect both the inner and outer surface with an alcohol solution, for example using IPA 99% or Ethanol 96% denatured. Before filling, ensure that no residues of the cleaning or disinfecting agent remain in the packaging that could affect the stability of the product.
The simplest way is to use the advanced filter in the packaging material category. After clicking on the relevant category, the advanced filter is located at the top of the page and allows you to quickly narrow down the selection according to parameters such as neck type, size, color or packaging material. This enables you to specifically choose bottles, vials, jars or other containers that will best match the particular formulation and the dosing method of your product.
Yes, the aluminum bottle is also suitable for smaller test batches and laboratory samples, because it allows easy labeling, secure closing and convenient handling when trying new formulas. During development we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – to check the behavior of the packaging material in contact with the specific formulation, the sealing of the cap and the longer-term stability of the product during storage.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with the material stated in the product parameters. Aluminum packaging is usually sorted into the container intended for metal packaging, and before disposal it is advisable to empty the bottle as much as possible and wipe off any remaining contents. By recycling, you support the reuse of raw materials and reduce the amount of waste. For combined packaging (for example metal body and plastic closure) it is ideal to separate the individual parts and sort them according to the corresponding waste fraction, as stated in the recommendation for the specific product.
