The aluminium bottle with white cap is a durable and reliable packaging solution suitable for filling various liquid and slightly viscous products. Thanks to its high-quality manufacturing, it helps protect the contents from contact with the external environment and is suitable for both home and professional production projects. The metal container supports longer stability of formulations and is a practical solution for cosmetics, technical and craft blends.
The packaging is designed to withstand everyday handling, transport and storage. The smooth surface makes labelling and applying stickers easier, making it an ideal choice for smaller brands, artisan producers and hobby creators who are looking for a professional-looking bottle with an emphasis on functionality and aesthetics.
The standalone aluminium bottle is designed to be compatible with various types of closures and dosing methods according to the selected product parameters. It can be combined, for example, with screw caps, droppers, spray heads or practical applicators, depending on the character of your formulation and the desired type of application.
The packaging and closure combinations that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. For all custom combinations, however, we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – checking sealing, dosing, possible leakage and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific blend during short-term and longer-term storage.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The aluminium bottle is suitable mainly for liquid and mildly viscous products, including oil blends. For thicker formulations, we recommend choosing a suitable type of closure or applicator that will ensure smooth dosing. Before implementing it in production, it is advisable to test the behaviour of the specific formulation in the packaging, especially in terms of pouring, dosing and possible deposits.
The packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are followed, but we recommend keeping it always for the same type of product or formulation group in order to avoid residual odours and possible influence on subsequent formulations. Before each new filling, the bottle must be cleaned and thoroughly disinfected with a suitable alcohol, for example using IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Disinfection helps minimise microbiological risks and supports longer stability of the filled product.
To clean the aluminium bottle, we recommend using a mild cleaning agent suitable for contact with packaging, lukewarm water and gentle mechanical cleaning without abrasive sponges. After washing, it is important to rinse the packaging thoroughly and let it dry completely. We then recommend disinfection with alcohol, for example with IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based, to minimise microbial load before refilling.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to local waste sorting rules. After emptying, basic rinsing and removal of product residues, the aluminium bottle is suitable for placement in metal, or metal packaging, collection if this is allowed by the system in your municipality. In the case of combined packaging (e.g. metal bottle and plastic or other cap), it is advisable to separate the individual parts and sort them according to the material indicated in the product parameters. By recycling, you help reduce the amount of waste and reuse raw materials.
To choose suitable packaging, we recommend using the advanced filter, which you will find at the top of the page after clicking on a specific packaging category. Thanks to the filter, you can easily combine several criteria at once – for example, the type and size of the neck, the overall size of the packaging, the colour and the material. Filtering will help you quickly narrow down the selection to the packaging that best matches your formulation, dosing method and the visual style of your brand.
