The safe plastic pill bottle is compatible with various types of closures and dosing options according to the parameters selected in the e‑shop – for example screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly at Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) before the final filling of the entire product batch.

If you plan to use the packaging repeatedly, it is recommended to observe hygiene rules when handling the contents as well as when assembling the closures and any dispensers.

Notice for plastic packaging: in general, for plastic materials it is not suitable to expose the bottle to high temperatures for a long time in order to avoid unnecessary stress on the material or its deformation. The packaging is not intended for boiling or aggressive thermal cleaning.

Can I use this bottle repeatedly?

The packaging can be used repeatedly, provided that its good mechanical condition is maintained, but always under strict hygiene conditions. Before each new filling it is necessary to thoroughly clean the pill bottle and disinfect it with a suitable disinfectant, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant‑based. Only after the complete drying of the inner space and the closure is the packaging ready for a new filling.

How should I properly clean and maintain this plastic pill bottle?

For cleaning we recommend first rinsing the packaging with a suitable cleaning solution, removing residues of the original product and then performing disinfection. For disinfection in home‑based and craft production, alcohol‑based solutions have proven effective, for example products available in the Handymade e‑shop. After disinfection, allow the container and the cap to dry freely at room temperature. The packaging is not intended for dishwasher cleaning or boiling – higher temperatures could lead to deformation of the plastic body or deterioration of the closure tightness.

How can I safely dispose of and recycle this packaging if I no longer want to use it?

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, it is appropriate to recycle it according to the material type indicated in the parameter table for the product on Handymade.sk. Before disposal we recommend removing residues of the original contents and labels. The plastic body of the pill bottle is usually placed in the container designated for plastics, the metal cap in the collection for metal packaging, if available in the given municipality. By following local waste‑sorting rules, you support efficient material recycling and reduce the amount of municipal waste.
