Glass bottle – medicine bottle with white spray pump 50 ml represents a universal and professional packaging for carefully developed liquid formulations where gentle and even dosing is important. The combination of high-quality glass and a practical spray dispenser is particularly suitable for products that require hygienic and convenient application without contact with the contents.
This compact medicine bottle is ideal for cosmetic, hygiene and technical solutions that need precise dispersion in the form of a mist or fine spray. The glass material provides high chemical stability, helping to protect sensitive ingredients from degradation and contributing to a longer shelf life of the final product.
This bottle with spray pump is supplied as a functional combination of a glass medicine bottle and a white spray closure. Packaging and closure combinations that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – checking the sealing, smoothness of dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, alcohol content, oil- or water-based phases).

The packaging can be used repeatedly if basic hygiene principles are observed. Before every new filling we recommend thoroughly rinsing the bottle and the spray pump, cleaning them mechanically and then disinfecting them. To disinfect the surface and the interior of the packaging, you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After treatment, allow the components to dry completely at room temperature and only then refill them.
The spray pump is particularly suitable for low-viscosity, liquid formulations that are intended to be applied as a fine mist or spray. These include, for example, facial and body waters, hydrolats, alcohol-based disinfection solutions, light hair tonics or aromatherapeutic room sprays. For thicker or oil-based formulations it is always necessary to perform a dosing test to verify that the spray pump operates smoothly and without clogging.
We recommend storing filled glass bottles in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight in order to minimise degradation of sensitive substances (for example vitamins, plant extracts or aromatic components). It is important to always tighten the spray pump carefully to limit the evaporation of volatile components and reduce the risk of contamination. For products intended for the face and body it is advisable to minimise frequent temperature fluctuations, which can affect formulation stability.

Within the filter you can combine several parameters at once – for example type of neck, size, colour and material of the packaging. In this way you can quickly narrow down the selection to packaging that will best match your formulation, dosing method and the visual style of your brand.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the type of material specified in the product parameters. The glass bottle can generally be sorted into a glass container after rinsing off product residues, while the plastic spray pump belongs in the appropriate plastics container according to local waste sorting rules. Before handing over to separate collection it is advisable to separate the glass part from the plastic components in order to facilitate recycling of the individual materials.
