Glass dropper bottle with black cap 50 ml is a professional packaging solution suitable for precise dosing and safe storage of more sensitive formulations. The dark glass helps protect the contents from light, thereby contributing to the stability of the composition and a longer shelf life of both liquid and partially viscous products. This compact bottle is ideal for small batches, samples or concentrated preparations where cleanliness, protection and convenient handling are important.
Thanks to the stability of the material, the glass dropper bottle is generally suitable for formulations containing acids, active ingredients or aromatic components that could be demanding for more sensitive materials. However, we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test – fill a smaller amount of product, observe any changes in appearance, scent or the adhesion of the closure, and only then proceed to filling the entire batch.
The dropper bottle can be reused if hygiene rules are observed. Before each new filling, it is necessary to clean the packaging thoroughly and then disinfect it with a suitable preparation, for example with isopropyl alcohol or denatured plant ethanol. Only after the inside of the bottle has completely aired out and dried do we recommend refilling it, in order to minimise the risk of microbial contamination and the influence on the fragrance or stability of the new product.
Before first filling we recommend mechanically cleaning the bottle (rinsing with a suitable cleaning agent and thorough rinsing), then letting it dry completely and only afterwards proceeding to disinfection of the inner surface using alcohol (e.g. IPA or ethanol). After disinfection, let the dropper bottle air out freely so that the remaining alcohol evaporates, and work in the cleanest environment possible, ideally using disposable gloves.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend recycling it according to the rules specified for the product in the parameter table. In most cases, the glass container can be placed in the appropriate glass collection after removing product residues and labels. The closure (for example plastic or combined) is sorted according to the type of material indicated in the product parameters – it is advisable to separate the individual parts and place them in the relevant container. Always follow the recommendations of your local waste sorting system.
When choosing suitable packaging, we recommend using the advanced filter, which you will find at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category. With the help of the filter you can easily sort bottles, dropper bottles and other packaging material according to neck type, size, colour and material. This will allow you to quickly narrow down the selection to packaging that corresponds to your formulation, the required dosing and the visual style of your brand.
When filling thicker or oil-based formulations, we recommend working more slowly to minimise the formation of bubbles and contamination of the bottle neck. After filling, wipe the neck with a clean, lint-free cloth or paper so that the closure sits correctly and seals. If you are using a dropper or another applicator closure, it is advisable to prepare a test sample, check the smoothness of dosing and only then continue with filling a larger quantity of products.
