Plastic bottle with spray pump represents a practical packaging for liquid products where a gentle and even application in the form of a mist is required. Thanks to the reliable spraying mechanism, it is suitable for products that are applied directly to the skin, hair, textiles or surfaces, and at the same time it enables comfortable dosing without unnecessary waste of the contents.
This type of packaging is popular for filling cosmetic and auxiliary solutions where precise application, hygienic dosing and convenient use while travelling as well as in everyday home routines are important. The opaque design of the bottle helps protect more sensitive contents from light and supports the stability of many formulations.
This product represents a combination of packaging and sprayer that is ready for immediate use without additional selection of a cap. Combinations of packaging and caps that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test – verifying sealing, dosing reliability and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, alcohol content, oil‑ or water‑based system, etc.).

The packaging can be used repeatedly provided that correct hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the bottle and the sprayer and then disinfect them with a suitable agent, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant‑based. Only after the complete drying of the inner surface and components is the packaging ready for refilling.
Before reuse, we recommend first rinsing the packaging mechanically with a suitable cleaning agent and water in order to remove residues of the original product. Then disinfect the inner space of the bottle as well as the dip tube with the head using alcohol, for example the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant‑based. After rinsing with the disinfectant, let all parts dry thoroughly at room temperature so that moisture does not accumulate in the packaging and the new fill is not diluted.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend, after emptying and basic rinsing, assigning it to separate collection according to the material specified in the product parameters</b. Information about the type of plastic and the recommended recycling symbol can be found in the parameter table for this product. In general, plastic bottles belong in the container intended for plastic waste; it is advisable to separate the bottle from the sprayer if they are made of different materials and to minimise any product residues inside the packaging.
Spray packaging is ideal for low‑viscosity liquids that should be applied in a thin layer or fine mist. Most often these are facial and body sprays, toners, air fresheners, hydrolats, hair tonics or auxiliary solutions containing alcohol or water. For thicker emulsions and oils, spraying may be limited, so it is advisable to test in advance the behaviour of the specific formulation in the selected packaging.
