Glass bottle with dispenser represents a professional packaging suitable for precise and hygienic dispensing of liquid preparations in cosmetics as well as in artisanal production. High-quality glass in combination with a practical dispensing closure enables convenient application, protects the contents from contamination and supports the stability of sensitive formulations during storage and use.
This type of packaging is popular for packaging serums, solutions, active concentrates or homemade blends where control of the amount with each press of the pump is important. Thanks to the thoughtfully designed dispensing head, the contents are applied evenly, which reduces product waste and increases user comfort in everyday use.
This product represents a complete combination of a glass bottle with a dispenser, ready for immediate use after filling. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behavior of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), especially for products with a higher content of alcohol, essential oils or acids.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly with proper handling and adherence to hygiene principles. Before each new filling, the bottle and the dispensing part must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using a suitable alcohol, for example IPA 99 % – isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after it is completely dry is the packaging ready for refilling.
First, we recommend mechanically removing residues of the original product by rinsing with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent. The glass part can then be rinsed again with clean water and allowed to dry thoroughly. The dispensing head should be rinsed with water so that the solution also reaches the inside of the pump, and then disinfected with alcohol (ALK001 / ALK002), followed by draining and drying. After these steps, the packaging is ready for a new filling.
The method of recycling is determined by the material specified in the product parameters. After emptying and basic rinsing, the glass bottle can usually be placed in the separate glass collection according to local rules. The dispensing part is mostly made of plastics and metal components, so it is recommended to separate it from the bottle and handle it according to the recommendations for the given type of plastic at the collection point. Before disposal, it is advisable to remove as much product residue as possible so that the packaging is ready for further processing in the recycling process.
The dispensing mechanism is ideal for liquid to slightly viscous products, such as facial and hair serums, fluid emulsions, toners or aqueous solutions with active substances. For very thick creams or gels, dispensing may be limited, so we recommend first testing the behavior of the specific formulation in a smaller amount to verify the smoothness and reliability of dosing.
When choosing a suitable bottle, vial or other packaging, we recommend using the advanced filter in the packaging material categories. The advanced filter is located at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant category and enables clear filtering according to several parameters – especially according to neck type, size, color and material. Thanks to this, you can quickly narrow down the selection to packaging that will correspond to your formulation, the desired volume and the visual style of the brand.
Yes, this type of glass bottle with dispenser is very practical precisely for smaller trial batches, development samples or limited editions of products. It allows you to monitor the behavior of the formulation in real packaging, to test dosing, consistency and user comfort. However, when working with new active ingredients, we always recommend performing short-term and long-term stability tests to verify the compatibility of the product with the packaging and the dispensing mechanism.
