The glass dropper bottle represents a professional and visually attractive packaging for liquid formulations, which, thanks to the high-quality material and the shape of the bottle, is suitable for precise and controlled dispensing. The amber glass helps protect the sensitive contents from external influences and, in combination with the black-gold glossy dispenser with a transparent cap, looks very elegant and representative in any cosmetic or food-supplement line.
The packaging is suitable for filling liquid products for which light protection, a consistent dose and clean application are important. The combination of the glass bottle and the dispenser enables easy and hygienic use in everyday facial, body or specialised formulation care.
The safe and functional combination of the glass dropper bottle and the glossy dispenser with transparent cap is created on Handymade and tested in terms of compatibility. The dispenser used is designed to ensure comfortable dispensing, protection of the outlet and an aesthetic appearance of the entire packaging. The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the glass dropper bottle can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the packaging, rinsing it and then disinfecting it with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example with isopropyl alcohol from the product IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or with plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. In this way you minimise the risk of microbial contamination and maintain the quality of your formulations.
The dropper bottle with dispenser is ideal for liquid and slightly viscous formulations such as facial serums, oils, fluids, scalp treatment cures or concentrated blends containing active ingredients. Amber glass is particularly suitable for products that contain light-sensitive components, for example certain antioxidants or plant extracts.
Before first use we recommend rinsing the bottle with a suitable cleaning agent, rinsing it thoroughly with drinking water and allowing it to dry completely. Then disinfect the inner surface with alcohol, for example using IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. Before filling, make sure that no residues of cleaning agents or water remain in the packaging which could affect the stability of your formulation.
For easier selection of packaging, we recommend using the advanced filter, which you will find at the top of the page after clicking on the chosen packaging category. In the advanced filter you can sort products according to parameters such as neck type, size, colour or material. In this way you can quickly find a bottle, dropper bottle or other packaging that will best match your formulation and the visual concept of your brand.
If you decide not to use the packaging repeatedly, we recommend recycling it according to the material composition given in the product parameters. The glass part can usually be handed over, after thorough emptying and cleaning, to a container intended for glass, while the plastic or metal components of the closure must be sorted according to the information in the parameter table. Always remove product residues before disposal to make subsequent processing in the recycling process easier.
Before finally introducing the packaging into sale, we recommend carrying out your own compatibility test. Fill a small amount of product into the bottle, observe the behaviour of the material, the sealing of the dispenser, the smoothness of dosing and any changes in the colour or fragrance of the product during storage. Perform the test under the conditions in which the product will normally be stored and used. In this way you will verify that the selected combination of packaging and your formulation is long-term stable and functional.
