Tall glass medicine bottle – cream dispenser with black top 50 ml is a practical and aesthetic packaging intended for the safe and precise dispensing of creamy and semi-liquid formulations. High-quality glass in combination with a functional dispenser helps protect the contents from contamination, reduces the product’s contact with air and allows hygienic and comfortable use in everyday face and body care.
This glass medicine bottle is supplied complete with a dispenser, with the resulting bottle and top part forming a functional unit ready for filling and use. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – verifying the sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation, so that you can be sure of long-term stability and trouble-free application.
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the integrated dispenser is designed to handle thicker creamy and emulsion textures as well. For very dense formulations we recommend carrying out a trial filling and testing the smoothness of dosing and the back suction of the product in order to verify the optimal consistency for this type of packaging.
Before the first filling we recommend mechanically cleaning the packaging, removing dust and then disinfecting it with a suitable alcohol-based product. For disinfection of the inner and outer surfaces you can use the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. After treatment, allow the packaging to dry thoroughly so that no residues of the disinfectant remain in the container before filling with the cream.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if basic hygiene principles are observed and proper cleaning is carried out between individual batches. Before each new filling, the bottle and the dispenser must be carefully cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based agent, for example using the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. Make sure to rinse thoroughly (if this is part of your process) and to completely dry the packaging and the dispensing mechanism, in order to minimise the microbial load and the risk of diluting the product with residues of disinfectant.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend its environmentally friendly disposal in the form of sorted waste according to the material composition given in the product parameters. The glass part of the bottle can usually be placed in the glass container, while the plastic dispenser and any plastic components go into waste designated for plastics. Before recycling it is advisable to empty the packaging as much as possible and remove any product residues so that the recycling stream is not contaminated and the sorting is as efficient as possible.
To make selection easier you can use the advanced filter, which you will find at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category. The filter allows you to clearly sort bottles, jars and other packaging materials according to key parameters such as neck type, size, colour and material. Thanks to this you can quickly narrow down the selection to the packaging that is most suitable for the specific product, consistency and intended method of application.
We recommend storing the filled bottle in a dry place, protected from direct sunlight and extreme temperature fluctuations. Stable room conditions without increased humidity help to maintain the good condition of the glass, the plastic parts of the dispenser and the product itself inside. During transport and handling it is advisable to protect the packaging from impacts and falling in order to prevent damage to the glass or loosening of the dispensing mechanism.
