Tall glass bottle with white-silver sprayer 50 ml is a professional packaging intended for convenient and hygienic dosing of liquid preparations by means of fine spraying. The practical combination of a transparent bottle and a functional sprayer ensures even application to the skin, hair, textiles or into the air, which predestines it for cosmetic, aromatherapeutic and craft use. It is particularly suitable for formulations where precise, economical and clean dosing without contact of the contents with the user’s hands is important.
To select a suitable bottle, dropper bottle or other packaging, we recommend using the extended filter in the packaging material categories. After clicking on the relevant category, the extended filter is located at the top of the page and allows you to sort products according to several parameters – especially neck type, size, colour and material. Thanks to this, you can quickly narrow down the offer to packaging that best matches the character of your product and the intended dosing method.
Yes, both the glass container and the sprayer can be reused with appropriate handling, but always only under strict hygiene conditions. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly washed, cleaned and subsequently disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % – isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96 % denatured. Only after complete drying and evaporation of the alcohol is the packaging ready for reuse. When changing the type of product (for example from a cosmetic to a cleaning preparation), we recommend considering the use of new packaging.
The glass part of the bottle should first be rinsed with warm water and a mild cleaning agent, thoroughly rinsed with clean water and left to dry. We then recommend disinfecting the inner surface and neck by rinsing or spraying with alcohol, for example with the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. For the sprayer, it is suitable to press the mechanism several times with clean water and then with disinfecting alcohol so that the internal channels are flushed. After the alcohol has evaporated, the packaging is ready for refilling.
The sprayer is optimal for low-viscosity liquid formulations that have the character of a fine solution or hydrolate. It works best with aqueous, hydro-glycolic or light alcohol solutions without larger undissolved particles. Thicker emulsions or oil blends may reduce the quality of spraying or completely restrict the functionality of the mechanism, therefore when filling thicker products it is recommended to perform a test on a small trial batch and, if necessary, choose another type of dispenser.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, the recommended procedure is to recycle it in accordance with local waste sorting rules. After emptying and basic rinsing, place the glass bottle in the appropriate glass fraction according to the system in your municipality. The sprayer and plastic parts should be separated from the glass and sorted according to the material type given in the product parameters on the Handymade website. We recommend following the information from the parameter table and the instructions of the local waste collection service so that the packaging is recycled as efficiently as possible.
Before filling the final batch, we recommend performing a compatibility test of the packaging with the specific formulation. This includes in particular verifying sealing during normal use and during transport, testing spraying functionality (uniformity, droplet size, smooth operation) and monitoring the behaviour of the formulation in contact with the packaging over a shorter period of time. Ideally, you should fill a test sample, observe the packaging for several days at room temperature and, if appropriate, under slight mechanical stress (carrying, turning). In this way you practically verify that the combination of packaging and your product is functional in the long term.
