Epsom salt is also known as bitter salt or magnesium sulfate (heptahydrate - MgSO4 x 7H2O). It is composed of the minerals magnesium and sulphate, which are easily absorbed through the skin, which is why this salt is used in cosmetics , especially in the bath.

Bathing in Epsom salt helps to relax the nervous system, aids in the treatment of skin problems, relieves back and limb pain and relaxes muscle tension. Among other things, Epsom salt also helps to get rid of harmful substances and a bath in it is also beneficial for heart problems (it reduces irregular heart rhythms, prevents hardening of the arteries, reduces blood clots and blood pressure). You can also use it in a scrub.

Our Epsom salt is FCC (Food Chemical Codex) quality, meeting strict criteria for use in the food industry. In order to maintain food quality, we recommend ordering the whole pack, i.e. 25 kg, as the product is repackaged in a non-food facility.
