Airless white plastic bottle represents a modern packaging system designed for hygienic, gentle and controlled dispensing of more sensitive preparations. Thanks to the airless mechanism, it helps minimise the contact of the contents with air and hands, which reduces the risk of contamination and contributes to longer stability of your formulations. It is ideal for filling liquid and semi-liquid cosmetic products that require comfortable and precise dispensing without unnecessary waste.
The packaging can be reused if basic hygiene principles and appropriate cleaning are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and its components must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol available in our range (IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol, ethanol 96 % denatured vegetal). At the same time, we recommend that after drying the packaging is filled only with clean tools and that direct contact of the internal parts with contaminated surfaces is prevented.
The airless bottle is ideal for creams, serums, emulsions, gels and liquid preparations that are sensitive to repeated contact with air and impurities. Thanks to the airless construction, it helps to reduce the need to open the packaging frequently, thereby supporting the stability of active substances and enabling comfortable dosing even with everyday use. However, it is always advisable to verify the behaviour of the specific formulation in the packaging using a test batch.
When filling airless bottles, it is important to work slowly and evenly so that unnecessary air bubbles do not get into the filling or the container. We recommend filling the packaging at a clean workplace using a funnel or filling syringe, and leaving a small gap below the top edge. After closing with the dispensing mechanism, the pump must be pressed several times so that the system is “started” and the necessary negative pressure is created, which moves the bottom or piston upwards.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend its recycling in accordance with the material composition stated in the product parameters. Before handing it over for separate waste collection, it is advisable to empty the bottle, wipe off any product residues and, where possible, separate the individual parts (for example the container body and the pump), if they are made of different materials. Then place them in the appropriate container according to the type of plastic recommended in the parameter table, so that the packaging can be further recovered in the recycling process.
The simplest way to choose is to use the advanced filter, which you can find at the top of the page after clicking on the selected packaging category. In the advanced filter, you can conveniently combine several criteria, for example neck type and diameter, packaging size, colour and material. In this way, you will quickly display only those bottles, dropper bottles or jars that suit your product and the chosen dosing method.
Before final implementation of the packaging, we recommend making a trial batch of the product and monitoring its behaviour in contact with the material of the container and the pump. Focus on any changes in colour, consistency or odour, as well as on sealing and the smooth operation of the dispensing mechanism during repeated use. It is also important to verify the stability of the product under normal storage conditions, or at slightly elevated temperature, so that you can be sure that the packaging continues to fulfil its function without leakage or deformation even after a longer period of time.
