Thanks to the combination of high-quality glass and an integrated dropper pipette, it is suitable for packaging products where control over the amount, hygienic dispensing and protection of sensitive components are important. This product represents a combination of a glass dropper bottle and a dropper cap designed for comfortable and reliable dosing. Packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) to verify optimal functionality for your particular product.

When developing formulas and planning the final packaging, we recommend working with these data to ensure proper filling, storage and logistics of the finished products. If a combination with other types of caps or accessories is required, always check compatibility in the parameter tables and during trial filling.
Yes, the glass dropper bottle with dropper is suitable for packaging concentrated serums, active ingredients and essential oils, provided they are formulated in line with the recommendations of the raw material supplier. Glass is a stable material with very good chemical resistance, and the dropper ensures precise dosing drop by drop. Nevertheless, we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – especially for highly concentrated or atypical blends – and monitoring the behaviour of the formulation during storage.
The packaging can be reused provided strict hygiene rules are followed and appropriate cleaning is carried out between individual fillings. Before each new use, the bottle and dropper must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected to minimize the risk of microbial contamination or residues of the original product. For disinfection we recommend using a suitable alcohol-based product, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured, plant-based. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely before refilling the packaging.
Before re-use we recommend first cleaning the bottle mechanically – rinse it thoroughly with a suitable cleaning agent and warm water, and if necessary use a bottle brush to remove all residues of the original product. Afterwards, the packaging must be rinsed with clean water and disinfected with alcohol, for example with isopropyl alcohol- or ethanol-based products in food or technical grade, according to your needs. After disinfection, allow the packaging and the dropper to dry thoroughly at room temperature in a clean, dust-protected place. With repeated use, always check whether the thread, the dropper or the rubber parts of the closure have been damaged.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the material types listed in the parameter table for the product. The glass part of the bottle can generally be placed in the glass container after removing any product residues. The cap with dropper may consist of several materials (plastic, rubber, possibly metal), so it is advisable to follow local recycling rules and the information in the product parameters – these will help you assign the individual parts to the appropriate sorted fractions. Before handing over for recycling, we recommend rinsing the packaging to minimize cosmetic residues in the waste.
