Glass bottle – medicine bottle with glossy dispenser represents a professional packaging suitable for filling various liquid cosmetic preparations as well as precisely dosed blends. Thanks to the high-quality packaging made of durable glass and the aesthetic dispenser, it helps maintain the stability of formulations, protects the contents during normal use and at the same time looks representative in both home and artisanal production.
The dark glass provides natural protection of sensitive components against light, which is particularly beneficial for products containing plant extracts and oils prone to degradation. The precise dispenser enables hygienic and controlled application, making this medicine bottle ideal for concentrated formulations where even and economical use is important.
The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – verifying the sealing, dosing reliability and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, oil and active ingredient content or any tendency to crystallization).

Yes, the glass bottle – medicine bottle is also suitable for formulations with a proportion of oils and active ingredients, since high-quality glass has high chemical resistance and usually does not interact with the contents. For very specific or highly concentrated components, we recommend preparing a trial sample before filling and monitoring the stability of the product over time.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if hygienic principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After applying the disinfectant, let the packaging dry completely and only then fill it again.
Before first use, we recommend mechanically cleaning the bottle (rinsing with suitable clean water or a medium according to the type of product), checking the interior and the dispenser for the presence of impurities and then disinfecting the packaging. You can carry out disinfection using a suitable alcohol, for example an isopropyl or ethanol solution. After disinfection, it is important to allow all parts to dry thoroughly at room temperature and only then proceed to filling.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste sorting rules. The glass part of the bottle usually belongs in the container designated for glass, while the components of the dispenser may be made up of several materials and need to be sorted according to the product parameters (for example, separating plastic and metal parts if possible). Always check the specific recycling symbol and the recommended sorting method in the parameter table for the given product on the Handymade.sk website and also follow local waste management regulations.
