Tall glass pharmaceutical bottle + cream dispenser 50 ml represents a professional cosmetic packaging intended for hygienic, precise and comfortable dispensing of creamy and emulsion products. The robust glass bottle in combination with a high-quality cream dispenser ensures stability, protection and convenient use even during everyday application of products.
This packaging is suitable for filling thicker liquids, creams and emulsions, where controlled dosage, minimization of the contact of the contents with air and user comfort are important. Glass provides a solid and chemically resistant container that helps protect the composition of formulations and minimize the risk of undesirable interactions between the contents and the packaging.
This product is supplied as a combination of a glass pharmaceutical bottle and a cream dispenser, thanks to which you obtain a ready-made functional set for filling and immediate use. The combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure that the packaging will work optimally with your specific product.

The glass packaging is generally suitable also for formulations with a higher proportion of active substances, since glass is a stable and chemically resistant material. For every new formulation, however, we recommend performing your own compatibility test – verify the behaviour of the product in contact with the packaging over a longer period of time, check the appearance, scent, colour and consistency and assess whether any undesirable changes occur.
The packaging can be reused provided that you follow basic hygiene principles. Before each new filling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the bottle and the dispenser and, depending on the nature of the product, also to disinfect them. For disinfection of the inner surface of the packaging, we recommend using high-percentage alcohol, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol suitable for technical disinfection, which you can find in the range as products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol 1 l and Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based 1 l. After rinsing, it is necessary to let the packaging dry completely to prevent dilution or influencing of the next filling.
Before the first filling, we recommend mechanically cleaning the bottle (rinsing it with a suitable washing agent, rinsing well with clean water) and then disinfecting the inner surfaces with alcohol. You can use technical isopropyl alcohol or denatured ethanol from the Handymade range, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol 1 l or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based 1 l. After applying the alcohol, let the packaging thoroughly evaporate and dry. For the dispenser, make sure that the liquid also reaches the actuator rod and internal parts, and then let it drain and dry in a vertical position.
If you do not plan to reuse the packaging, we recommend responsibly recycling it according to the types of materials specified in the product parameters. It is advisable to empty the glass container, remove product residues and place it in the appropriate container for glass according to local waste-sorting rules. The plastic dispenser belongs in plastic waste, but it is recommended to remove as much cream residue as possible to avoid contamination of the recycling stream. For combined materials, follow the recommendations of your waste collection company and the information in the parameter table on the product page.
