The glass pharmaceutical bottle with black spray pump is a professional packaging solution suitable for filling cosmetic, pharmaceutical and technical liquids where fine and even atomization is required. Thanks to the high‑quality glass and precise spray mechanism, it ensures comfortable application and a representative appearance of the entire product.
This type of bottle is ideal for liquid formulations that require dosage in the form of a fine mist – from toners and hydrolats to cleansing and disinfectant solutions. The glass pharmaceutical bottle is stable, resistant to common cosmetic and household raw materials and allows long‑term storage while preserving the properties of the contents.
This glass bottle is a stand‑alone packaging component that can, within the range, be combined with various types of dispensing elements. It is compatible with different types of closures and dosing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators) according to the parameters selected on the product page. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

If you decide not to use the packaging any longer, we recommend recycling it properly according to the type of material indicated in the product parameters. The glass part can be separated from the plastic spray mechanism and the individual components sorted into the appropriate collection containers in accordance with local recycling rules.
Yes, the packaging can be reused if handled properly and if hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, both the bottle and the spray pump must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol‑based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant‑based. Only after the packaging is completely dry is it appropriate to proceed with refilling.
The spray pump is most suitable for low‑viscosity liquids that need to be applied in the form of a fine mist or spray. These are mainly facial and body waters, hydrolats, air fresheners, alcoholic solutions and disinfectant sprays. For thicker emulsions or oil serums, we recommend testing before use whether the mechanism will ensure smooth and even dosing without clogging.
First we recommend rinsing the bottle with a suitable cleaning agent or with warm water and detergent, and rinsing it well. The spray mechanism must be rinsed with clean water by pressing the pump several times so that the water passes through the entire line. Then disinfect the packaging with alcohol, for example with the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant‑based, and let it dry completely at room temperature. Only then is the bottle ready for reuse.
Before recycling, we recommend emptying the packaging and removing any product residues. The glass part should be sorted into the container designated for glass; the plastic spray pump and any other plastic components can be sorted into the container for plastics, provided this corresponds to the material designation in the product parameters. Follow the information about materials listed with the product on Handymade and the local waste‑sorting rules in your municipality or city.
