The glass bottle with dropper is a professional packaging solution suitable for targeted dosing of liquid formulations that require precise measurement drop by drop. Thanks to high-quality glass, it provides a stable container for formulations containing active ingredients, essential oils or concentrated blends. The combination of glass and dropper enables controlled dosing without unnecessary contact with the contents, which supports hygiene, safety and the long-term quality of the product.
The glass bottle with dropper is generally suitable for a large part of formulations containing essential oils, perfume compositions and aromatic blends. However, we always recommend testing the compatibility of your specific recipe – monitor the stability of fragrance, colour and viscosity over time and check the tightness of the dropper during long-term storage. For very concentrated or unusual blends, it is advisable to first prepare a smaller trial batch.
The packaging can be reused if basic hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and dropper from residues of the previous product and then disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol, for example using the product IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. Only after the alcohol has completely dried and ventilated is the bottle ready for reuse. When changing the type of product (for example from an aromatherapeutic product to a facial serum), it is important to pay special attention to cleaning the packaging so that the fragrance or texture of the new preparation is not affected.
Before filling, make sure that the bottle and dropper are clean and dry. Ideally fill using a funnel or dosing syringe to prevent the product from running down the outer wall of the packaging. Use clean tools and hands, or gloves, when working. After filling, check that the threads are clean and dry, only then fit the dropper and close it tightly. This minimizes the risk of contamination and improves the long-term stability of the contents.
First rinse out residues of the original product as much as possible using a suitable cleaning agent and warm water, avoiding extreme thermal shocks. After mechanical cleaning, allow the bottle to drain and dry, then disinfect it with alcohol – for example using IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. Spread or spray the alcohol over the inner and outer surfaces and allow it to ventilate until it has completely evaporated. Clean the dropper separately, taking care not to damage the soft part that ensures suction and drop dosing.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend first removing product residues and rinsing the packaging. Then place the glass part of the bottle in separated waste according to local rules for glass recycling, while the dropper should be separated and sorted according to the material indicated in the product parameters on the website. Always follow the local collection system and recommendations in your municipality. In this way, you support efficient use of raw materials and reduce the amount of mixed waste.
The simplest way to find a suitable bottle, jar or pot is to use the advanced filter in the packaging material categories. After clicking on the relevant category, the advanced filter is located at the top of the page and allows you to sort the range according to key parameters – you can filter by neck type, size, colour and packaging material. This enables you to quickly find packaging that meets the technical and visual requirements of your product.
