The glass bottle with aluminium cap is a professional packaging suitable for filling various liquid and partially viscous products. Thanks to the high-quality glass and precise closure, it is suitable for cosmetic formulations, technical solutions and concentrated blends that require stable and safe packaging. The glossy opaque finish naturally helps protect the sensitive contents from light, which is beneficial for products containing botanical extracts, oils or active ingredients that are demanding in terms of storage.
The glass bottles are compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators) according to the parameters selected when choosing in the e‑shop. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure the packaging works reliably with your specific product.

Yes, the bottle can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with an appropriate agent, for example with isopropyl alcohol or denatured ethanol. Properly cleaned and disinfected packaging helps minimise the risk of microbial contamination and prolongs the usability of the product.
The bottle is ideal for packaging cosmetic serums, oil elixirs, concentrated oils, aromatic blends or laboratory test samples. Thanks to the stable glass and high-quality closure, it is suitable for products that require good protection from external influences and reliable dosing, especially for smaller volumes and more concentrated formulations.
We first recommend mechanically removing residues of the original product and rinsing the bottle with warm water and an appropriate cleaning agent. It is then advisable to let it dry thoroughly and, before new filling, to disinfect it using IPA 99 % or 96 % ethanol. After disinfection, allow the packaging to ventilate and dry completely so that no alcohol residues remain that could affect the new fill.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend prioritising recycling it in accordance with local waste sorting rules. The glass bottle can usually be placed in the container designated for glass after emptying and basic rinsing. The aluminium cap should be sorted into metal collection, if the local system allows this. When recycling, follow the recommendations arising from the material identification stated in the product parameters and from the rules of your municipality or city.
