Glass bottle – medicine bottle with cream dispenser represents professional packaging material for high-quality cosmetics and skin care. Thanks to precise dosing, it is ideal for filling products where controlled application and minimizing the contact of the contents with air are important. The darker glass helps protect more sensitive formulations from undesirable external influences during storage and use.
The packaging is suitable for liquid and semi-liquid formulations that require clean, hygienic dispensing, for example creams, serums or emulsions. The glass container is stable, has a premium look and supports the professional presentation of the final product, whether it is smaller artisan batches or regular production.
The standalone glass bottle is compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems according to the selected product parameters. It can be combined, for example, with screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators, provided they have a matching neck and thread type. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The glass medicine bottle with cream dispenser is designed as a stable packaging for standard cosmetic recipes, including products with active ingredients. Before introducing it into production, however, we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test of the specific formulation with the packaging – in particular, monitor the stability of the emulsion, changes in viscosity, scent and behaviour during dosing over time.
The glass bottle can be reused if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned, rinsed and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based product, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured, plant-based. Allow the disinfectant solution to act, let the packaging dry thoroughly and only then refill it with the final product. We also recommend cleaning and disinfecting the dispenser as well, if its construction allows it.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle, we recommend recycling it according to the material composition given in the product parameters. The glass container should be emptied, any product residues removed, and then placed in the appropriate glass collection container. The plastic or metal dispenser is usually sorted separately according to the type of material; please follow local waste-sorting rules and the recommendations arising from the packaging parameters on the product page. In this way, you will support responsible handling of packaging and its reuse in the recycling process.
When filling thicker creams, it is important to choose a suitable viscosity so that the cream reliably passes through the dosing mechanism. Too dense or stringy textures can make pumping difficult, so it is advisable to carry out a trial filling and test the dosing with multiple actuations. At the same time, we recommend not filling the container completely to the top so that there is sufficient space for the function of the dispenser and the movement of the piston.
To select a suitable bottle, jar or medicine bottle, you can use the advanced filter located at the top of the page after clicking on a specific packaging category. In the advanced filter, you can combine several parameters at once – for example the type and size of the neck, the overall size of the packaging, the colour and the material used. In this way, you can quickly narrow the offer down to only those packages that correspond to the desired design and the technical requirements of your product.
