Yes, the glass bottle can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling it is necessary to clean the packaging thoroughly and then disinfect it with a suitable product, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfecting packaging we recommend the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after it has completely dried is the bottle ready for a new safe filling.
The bottle with dispenser is ideal for creams, emulsions and thicker serums, where precise dosing without direct contact of the fingers with the contents is important. It is suitable for face creams, body milks, treatment hand creams or special treatment products. Before final use we always recommend testing the compatibility of the specific formulation with the packaging, especially for products with a high content of active substances or essential oils.
After the contents have been used up, we recommend first mechanically rinsing the bottle with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent and removing all residues of the original product. Then let the packaging be thoroughly rinsed with clean water and dried. Before refilling it is necessary to disinfect both the bottle and the dispensing part with an alcohol-based product, for example with the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After the alcohol has evaporated and complete drying, the packaging is ready for a new filling.
If you decide not to use the packaging any longer, we recommend recycling it in accordance with the material designation given in the product parameters. After emptying and basic rinsing, place the glass part in the container intended for glass. The dispenser and any plastic components should be sorted according to the type of plastic (you will find this information in the parameter table for the product). Always follow the local waste sorting rules in your municipality.
