The glass bottle with glossy black surface and black-gold dispenser represents an elegant and functional packaging suitable for filling various liquid cosmetic preparations. Thanks to high-quality glass and precise dispensing, it is ideal for products where controlled application, protection of the contents and a representative appearance of the finalized product are important, both in professional and home cosmetics.
The durable glass material ensures the stability and long-term protection of the stored product, while the dark decorated glass helps to reduce the penetration of light to more sensitive substances in the formulation. The combination of the glass bottle and a quality dispenser enables hygienic, precise and economical use of preparations without excessive waste.
This glass bottle with dispenser is designed as a compatible set of packaging and dispensing element. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure that the packaging also functions reliably with your specific product.

When choosing the packaging, we recommend taking into account the character of the formulation (viscosity, content of active substances, pH, etc.) and adapting the dispensing system as well as the method of storage to it, in order to ensure the long-term stability of the final product.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if proper hygiene principles are followed. However, before each new filling it is necessary to thoroughly clean and disinfect both the bottle and the dispenser, in order to minimize the risk of microbial contamination of the new batch of product. For disinfection we recommend using a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol intended for cosmetic use, which you will find in the Handymade range.
Before repeated use we recommend first mechanically removing the residues of the original product, then washing the packaging with a suitable cleaning agent and rinsing thoroughly. After drying, it is necessary to disinfect the inner surface of the packaging as well as the contact parts of the dispenser with an alcohol solution, for example with IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or with 96 % denatured plant ethanol. Only after complete drying can you refill the packaging with a new formulation.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend disposing of it by sorting waste according to the material composition specified in the product parameters. In most cases the glass bottle can, after removal of the remaining contents, be placed in a container designated for glass, while the plastic dispenser must be separated from the bottle and sorted according to the type of plastic in accordance with local recycling rules. Before discarding, it is advisable to rinse the packaging to reduce the amount of residual cosmetic product.
The integrated dispenser is suitable primarily for low- to medium-viscosity products where precise application of a smaller amount of preparation is required – typically facial and eye serums, light emulsions, fluids, local treatments or care products for individual areas of the skin. For very thick creams or, on the contrary, very thin solutions, we recommend carrying out a trial filling and testing the comfort of dispensing before the final production of a larger batch.
