Glass cosmetic tester with black top is a practical small bottle designed for safe and clear dispensing of cosmetic preparations in sample or travel packaging. Thanks to high-quality glass, it allows hygienic storage of liquid and slightly viscous products and helps maintain their stability throughout the entire period of use.
The glass container is suitable for filling various cosmetic formulations where clean dosing and protection against contamination are important. The solid closure reduces the risk of leakage of the contents during normal handling and transport, so the tester is ideal for presenting products to clients, for sampling, or as a small pack for a handbag or for travel.
The glass tester bottles are compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, spray tops or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters in the Handymade.sk offer. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – verifying the sealing, the dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific cosmetic formulation.

Yes, the tester can be used repeatedly within your own production or for internal samples, provided that hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, it is necessary to clean the packaging thoroughly and then disinfect it with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and prolongs the shelf life of the filled product.
Before the first filling, we recommend washing the bottle and the closure mechanically in warm water with a suitable cleaning agent, rinsing thoroughly, allowing to dry and then disinfecting with alcohol (e.g. IPA or ethanol). After the alcohol has evaporated, the packaging is ready for filling. In professional production, it is advisable to establish an internal hygiene procedure for cleaning and drying the packaging.
The tester is ideal for smaller amounts of liquid and low-viscosity products such as facial and body serums, oils, toners, perfume and aromatherapeutic blends or trial formulations of emulsions. Thanks to its compact dimensions, it is also suitable as travel-size packaging of a favourite preparation or as a sample for customers when selling finished cosmetics.
If you decide not to use the tester repeatedly, we recommend recycling it after emptying and basic rinsing according to the types of materials listed in the product parameters. Place the glass bottle in glass collection, and the plastic or combined parts of the closure into the appropriate separate waste according to local rules. When recycling, remove product residues so that the collection containers are not contaminated.
