Aluminium bottle 24 mm 50 ml represents a professional packaging solution suitable for smaller doses of cosmetic preparations, technical solutions or laboratory samples. The solid metal shell ensures reliable protection for liquid and slightly viscous products, and thanks to the closed construction, the contents are protected from contact with air and light. This type of bottle is ideal for precise dispensing, testing of new formulations and filling travel-size packs, where durability, practicality and a professional appearance of the packaging are important.
The individual aluminium bottle is designed to be compatible with various types of closures and dispensing options according to the parameters selected in the offer. Depending on the nature of the product, you can combine it with screw caps, dropper systems, spray pumps or practical applicators intended for more precise dosing.
The combinations of containers and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – verifying sealing, dispensing, the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation, and stability during storage and use.
All technical parameters of the packaging are specified in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, this type of aluminium bottle can be reused when used appropriately. It is always necessary, however, to observe basic hygiene rules – before each new filling, thoroughly clean the container and then disinfect it. For disinfection we recommend using, for example, isopropyl alcohol or ethanol in technical grade intended for this purpose, available in the Handymade range: IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable. After thorough rinsing, drying and checking the condition of the surface, the bottle can be refilled with a suitable product.
First, it is advisable to mechanically remove residues of the original product and rinse the bottle with a suitable cleaning solution or with warm water and a mild detergent (if compatible with the formulation used). Then it is recommended to thoroughly rinse the container with clean water and allow it to dry completely. After drying, the disinfection step is important – for this you can use, for example, the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable. Allow the disinfectant to act briefly, remove any excess and let the container fully air out and dry before the next filling.
If you decide not to reuse the container, we recommend including it in the appropriate recycling stream according to the material specified in the product parameter table on Handymade. As a rule, after emptying, basic rinsing and removal of product residues, the aluminium bottle can be handed over to the collection of metal packaging according to local waste sorting rules. By recycling you contribute to the reuse of raw materials and to the reduction of waste volume. Before handing it over to collection, we recommend unscrewing the closure (if it is made from a different material) and sorting the individual parts separately according to the instructions of the collection system in your area.
The aluminium bottle is most often used for smaller doses of cosmetic preparations such as facial and body oils, toners, serums, special treatments or hair products. Thanks to its durable metal body, it is also suitable for concentrated solutions, test batches, development samples and various technical blends intended for external use. When choosing the specific use, it is always necessary to verify the compatibility of your formulation with the aluminium packaging, especially for products with atypical pH or with a content of more aggressive components.
To select a suitable packaging, you can use the extended filter that appears at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category. In the extended filter you can clearly choose parameters such as neck type, size, colour or material and quickly find bottles, vials, jars or pots that best match your formulation and intended use. By combining filters you obtain a narrower selection of packaging, and you can then compare their properties and the available closures or dispensing systems in detail.
