Brown glass medicine bottle represents a professional packaging for products that require reliable protection against external influences as well as practical dispensing. The dark glass naturally helps protect sensitive components from light, which is important for formulations containing oils, extracts or active substances. In combination with a black-gold glossy dispenser with transparent top, it creates an aesthetically refined bottle suitable for modern cosmetics and for products that require precise application.
The packaging is designed to ensure comfort during use, even dispensing and to minimize the contact of the contents with air. Thanks to the high-quality glass body and the practical dispenser, it is suitable for liquid, gel and lightly emulsion-based products where control over the amount of product applied and the premium appearance of the final packaging are important.
The combination of the glass medicine bottle and glossy dispenser on Handymade is designed as a functional and aesthetically matched solution. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – verifying sealing, dispensing reliability and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, presence of oils, active substances or preservative systems).

Yes, the glass medicine bottle is suitable for filling various cosmetic serums, boosters and concentrated products, provided they are compatible with glass and the dispenser used. The brown glass helps limit the effect of light on more sensitive components and the dispenser facilitates controlled application. Before final use, however, we always recommend carrying out a compatibility test with your specific formula to verify dispensing, stability and suitability of the packaging during long-term storage.
The medicine bottle can be reused if hygienic principles are followed. Before each new filling, it is important to clean the packaging thoroughly mechanically and then disinfect it with a suitable product, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol in cosmetic grade. For disinfection, you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after the inner walls of the packaging have completely dried and aired is it appropriate to proceed with refilling, so that the stability of the new formulation is not disrupted.
The dispenser is a more sensitive component than the glass container itself, so we recommend cleaning it gently. After emptying the contents, it is appropriate first to remove product residues by rinsing with lukewarm water, or with a mild non-aggressive cleaning solution that does not leave a film. Strong mechanical scrubbing or the use of abrasive agents can damage the surface or functional parts of the dispenser. When disinfecting, proceed carefully with a small amount of alcohol and allow the components to dry freely. Always check that dispensing remains smooth and even, without clogging or leakage.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend recycling it according to the material types specified in the product parameters. The glass body of the bottle can generally, after removing product residues, be placed in a container intended for glass, while the plastic and metal parts of the dispenser belong in sorted waste according to their material composition. Before disposal it is appropriate to empty the packaging and at least basically rinse it in order to minimize product residue in the waste. By following the waste sorting recommendations in your municipality, you contribute to the efficient material recovery of the packaging.
