The plastic bottle with dispenser and cap is a practical and professional-looking packaging suitable for a wide range of liquid cosmetic preparations. The transparent body of the bottle allows visual control of the contents and the remaining amount, while the dosing pump ensures comfortable and controlled application of the product without unnecessary waste.
This type of packaging is designed for modern formulations that require hygienic, reclosable and user-friendly packaging. Thanks to the combination of transparent plastic and a practical dispenser, it is suitable for liquid and gel products that need protected but at the same time aesthetic packaging.
This packaging is supplied as a complete combination of a transparent plastic bottle with dispenser and cap, so it is ready for immediate filling and use. The combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, the bottle can be reused if hygiene principles are observed. However, before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, for example the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. Disinfection helps to minimise microbial risks and protect the stability of your cosmetic formulation.
We recommend rinsing the bottle with lukewarm water and a mild cleansing agent, then thoroughly rinsing with clean water and allowing it to dry naturally. Before the next filling, it is advisable to disinfect the inside of the packaging and the dosing mechanism with a suitable alcohol solution (for example, products available on Handymade) and allow the remaining alcohol to evaporate. It is better to avoid high temperatures and aggressive cleaning procedures in order to preserve the functionality of the dispenser as well as the aesthetic appearance of the packaging.
The packaging is suitable for most common liquid and gel cosmetic preparations, such as emulsions, toners, gentle cleansing solutions and oil blends with lower viscosity. Before implementing it in serial production, we recommend carrying out an internal compatibility test with the specific formulation, especially for products with unusual pH, a high content of alcohol, essential oils or active substances. With the test you will verify sealing, dosing, appearance stability and any influence of the contents on the material of the bottle and pump.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, it is advisable to sort it into separated waste according to the material specified in the product parameters on the Handymade website. Before throwing it into the appropriate container, it is good to remove any remaining contents and, if necessary, rinse the bottle. In this way, you will support efficient material recycling and reduce the amount of mixed waste. By observing the basic principles of municipal waste sorting, you will contribute to a more sustainable use of cosmetic packaging.
