The plastic bottle with trigger sprayer is a practical and functional packaging solution suitable for filling various liquid preparations for household use, cosmetics, and small-scale artisan production. Thanks to the durable bottle body and the ergonomic operation of the sprayer, it enables comfortable, even application of the product directly onto the desired surface. The container volume is designed so that the packaging is light enough for easy handling, while still providing sufficient capacity for everyday use in the home as well as in professional settings.
This type of packaging is popular for liquid cleaning and disinfecting preparations, cosmetic waters, hair and body care products, as well as universal auxiliary solutions used in the manufacture of detergents and cosmetics. Thanks to the trigger sprayer, the dosing can be adapted to the needs – from a fine mist to a more targeted spray for smaller areas. This product is a combination of a bottle and trigger sprayer that has been designed and tested as a functional unit. The combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) in order to verify the optimal behaviour of the packaging under your specific conditions of use.

The packaging can be reused if basic hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning and rinsing both the bottle and the trigger mechanism, in order to prevent unwanted mixing of residues of the previous product with the new fill. Before filling itself, it is advisable to disinfect the packaging with a suitable alcohol solution, for example using products available in the Handymade range, such as IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured, plant-based. Such a procedure helps to keep the contents in the best possible condition throughout the entire period of use.
The trigger sprayer is most suitable for liquid, low-viscosity preparations without larger solid particles. It is excellent for cleaning and disinfecting solutions, household maintenance products, textile and room sprays, air fresheners, as well as cosmetic waters and light hair sprays. For preparations with higher viscosity or particle content, the function of the sprayer may deteriorate, which is why we recommend always carrying out a trial filling and testing the dosing.
To prolong the service life of the packaging, we recommend storing the bottle and its contents away from direct sunlight and sources of heat. After the contents have been emptied, it is advisable to rinse the packaging with a suitable cleaning agent and water and allow it to dry thoroughly, especially in the area of the spraying mechanism. Avoid mechanical damage (drops, strong compression or deformation) and, during transport, make sure that the sprayer is properly locked, if it offers this function. It is also advisable from time to time to check the sealing and the functionality of the trigger of the sprayer.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend its responsible disposal according to the material composition listed in the product parameters for this packaging on the Handymade website. Before handing it over for recycling, it is important to completely empty the bottle and, if possible, rinse out any remaining contents. Then sort the packaging into the appropriate container according to the specified type of plastic. Where possible, separate the plastic parts (bottle body and sprayer mechanism) so that the sorting is as effective as possible in line with local recycling rules.
