Glass vial with glossy dispenser represents an elegant and functional packaging for high-quality cosmetics as well as professional formulations. The dark glass helps protect sensitive components from light, thereby contributing to the stability and longer shelf life of the product. In combination with a practical dispenser, it enables precise and hygienic application of liquid preparations without unnecessary contact with air or contamination of the contents.
This bottle is suitable for packaging liquid serums, emulsions, oils and fluids, where dose control and aesthetic presentation of the product are important. Glass as a packaging material is popular for its chemical resistance and professional appearance, making it ideal for artisanal and small-scale cosmetic production.
This bottle is supplied in combination with a glossy dispenser designed to ensure comfortable and controlled application of the product. Packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – verify sealing, correct dosing and the behavior of the packaging in contact with your specific formulation (viscosity, pH, alcohol content or oil phase content).

The bottle with dispenser is suitable for most liquid and slightly viscous cosmetic preparations, such as serums, lighter oil blends or fluid emulsions. For very rich formulations, we always recommend making a trial filling to verify the smoothness of dosing and comfort of use. If necessary, it is possible to choose another type of packaging or dosing system from our range.
The glass packaging can be reused if hygienic principles are followed. Before each new filling, the bottle and dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned, rinsed and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured vegetable. Only after complete drying and evaporation of the alcohol is the packaging ready for new filling, ideally with the same or a similar type of product, in order to avoid unwanted mixing of fragrances and residual components.
We recommend cleaning the dispenser gently, without aggressive mechanical action. After emptying the bottle, disassemble the dispenser only to the extent that the design allows without the use of force. Rinse it with warm (not boiling) water, if necessary with a small amount of mild cleaning agent, and then rinse with clean water. Finally, the internal part can be sprayed or rinsed with alcohol intended for disinfecting packaging. Before the next use, let all parts dry completely.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste sorting rules and the information given in the product parameters. The glass part of the bottle can usually be placed in the glass container after removing product residues. The dispenser and plastic components should be placed, according to the material type, in the appropriate sorted waste container. Before throwing it away, check the labels or recycling symbols and follow the recommendation given with the product on the Handymade.sk website.
