We recommend filling the bottle only up to a level that leaves sufficient space for attaching the roll-on mechanism and the closure, so that the product is not forced out when closing. Fill slowly and in a controlled way, ideally using a small funnel tube or a dosing syringe. After filling, check that the roll-on ball is correctly seated and the closure is tightly screwed on, then turn the pack upside down and test the smooth dispensing on a small area of skin or on a test pad.

The packaging can be reused for different formulations if hygienic principles are observed. Before each new filling, however, the bottle and the roll-on mechanism must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected to prevent microbial contamination or unwanted mixing of scents and residues from the previous product. For disinfection we recommend using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, for example the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný 1 l. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely before refilling.

Smooth dispensing depends on the viscosity of the product as well as on the correct seating of the roll-on mechanism. For thicker oils or gels, it may be necessary to gently shake the bottle and apply light pressure during application. For very fluid formulations, it is advisable to check that you are not overfilling the bottle and that there are no impurities in the mechanism. If the ball briefly “sticks” when using a new pack, it usually helps to roll it several times over clean skin or a test surface until the mechanism is evenly moistened with the product.

First completely empty any remaining contents and rinse the bottle with a suitable solvent (according to the type of product used), followed by warm water with a mild cleaning agent. Clean the roll-on mechanism and the closure separately to remove all formulation residues. After washing, allow all parts to dry thoroughly. Before new filling we recommend disinfecting the packaging with a suitable alcohol-based product, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný 1 l, and then letting them fully air out and dry.

If you decide not to use the packaging any further, we recommend emptying it as much as possible and sorting the individual components according to the material specified in the product parameters. After a rough rinse, the glass bottle is usually placed in the glass container, and the plastic or metal parts of the closure and the roll-on mechanism go into the appropriate segregated waste according to their marking. Always follow the local rules for waste separation and the information in the parameter table so that recycling is as effective as possible.
