Glass bottle with cream dispenser represents a professional solution for packaging creamy, emulsion and gel formulations for the face, body and hair. Thanks to hygienic dispensing, it is ideal for products where precise application, protection against contamination and comfortable use at home and on the go are important. The high-quality glass container combined with the designer top part creates an aesthetic and functional packaging suitable for handmade, artisanal and small-scale professional production.
Glass bottles of this type are compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators) according to the parameters selected directly on the product page. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the bottle is suitable for repeated use provided that basic hygiene rules are observed. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and extends the safe usage time of the final product.
The dispenser is most suitable for creamy and emulsion formulations of medium viscosity – for example face and body creams, milks, gels or lighter butters. In the case of very thick balms or butters, we recommend first testing the dispensing on a small sample to verify the smoothness and comfort of application in the specific recipe.
Before filling, we recommend washing the bottle, allowing it to dry completely and then disinfecting it with a suitable alcohol (for example IPA 99 % or 96 % plant-based ethanol). Ideally fill with a partially cooled but still liquid formulation to avoid thermal shock to the glass. After filling, close the bottle without delay, test the functionality of the dispenser and monitor the stability of the product during use.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle, we recommend recycling it according to the material type specified in the product parameters. After emptying and basic cleaning, the glass body is normally placed in the container intended for glass. Plastic or metal parts of the closure and dispenser should be separated and sorted according to local regulations, or placed in mixed waste if it is not possible to clearly determine their material. Such a procedure minimizes environmental impact and supports the reuse of raw materials.
The simplest way to choose is to use the extended filter in the packaging category. After clicking on the relevant category, the extended filter is located at the top of the page and allows sorting according to parameters such as neck, size, colour and material. This enables you to quickly narrow your selection to bottles, pharma bottles, jars or other containers that suit your concept, design and the technological requirements of the specific formulation.
Yes, the bottle with dispenser is often used as an elegant travel packaging or as a presentation sample of products. It allows hygienic dispensing of a smaller amount of contents, is practical for cosmetic bags and at the same time looks representative when presenting new formulations to clients or testers. When travelling, we recommend locking the dispenser after filling (if the system allows it) or providing additional protection, for example using a protective case or bag.
