The glass bottle with spray pump is a professional packaging solution suitable for various liquid preparations that need to be dispensed by means of a fine and even mist. Thanks to the durable glass and the high-quality spray mechanism, this packaging is ideal for cosmetic products, homemade recipes as well as small batches of professional formulations. The glass is chemically stable, does not change the properties of the contents and, together with the precisely fitting spray pump, helps to keep the product in the desired quality over the long term.
This glass bottle is one of the standalone packaging components that are compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems according to the selected parameters. Depending on the specific version, it is possible to use, for example, screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators. The packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

The bottle with spray pump is most suitable for liquid and low-viscosity preparations such as waters, light solutions and thin emulsions. Thick creams or gels may hinder the proper functioning of the mechanism, therefore for denser formulations we recommend using a glass container with a pump or another type of dispensing system. Before final filling, always test the behaviour of the specific product in the packaging.
The packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are followed. Before each filling, the bottle must be thoroughly cleaned, rinsed and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol (IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol) or ethanol (Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný). After the disinfectant has dried, you can refill the packaging with the selected product.
With long-term use, product residues may accumulate in the nozzle or in the suction attachment. It is recommended to occasionally unscrew the spray pump, rinse it with lukewarm water or a suitable solution and allow it to dry completely. For formulations containing oils, it is advisable to flush the mechanism with a small amount of alcohol and then with water to prevent clogging. Regular maintenance extends the service life of the entire dispensing system.
If you do not wish to reuse the packaging, it is recommended to dispose of it responsibly through recycling. After emptying and basic cleaning, place the glass bottle in the collection container intended for sorted glass waste. The plastic spray pump must be removed from the neck and handed over according to the local rules for sorting plastic waste. We recommend adapting the specific way of separating the individual parts of the packaging to the recycling rules given in the product parameter table and to the guidelines of your local waste collection system.
