The glass bottle with atomizer represents a practical and professional packaging solution for cosmetic formulations, aromatherapeutic preparations and delicate liquid blends. Thanks to the high-quality glass and the functional atomizer, it is ideal for products where gentle, even application and comfortable use without contact with the contents are important. The packaging is suitable for liquid and slightly viscous preparations that require precise dosing in the form of a mist or spray.
This packaging is supplied as a combination of glass bottle and atomizer, which makes it ready for immediate use for spray formulations. Packaging and closure combinations that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

To select a suitable bottle, vial or jar, we recommend using the advanced filter in the packaging category. After clicking on the relevant category, you will find the filter at the top of the page and you can choose the packaging according to parameters such as neck type, size, colour and material. In this way you can easily filter out the packaging options that will match your product both technically and visually.
The bottle and the atomizer can be reused if hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling it is necessary to clean the packaging thoroughly and then disinfect it, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For this purpose you can use the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. Only after the packaging has dried and aired out do we recommend proceeding with a new filling.
The atomizer is sensitive to clogging, so it is advisable to use rather low-viscosity and well pre-filtered formulations. For cleaning it is practical to fill the bottle with clean water or a suitable solvent, spray through the atomizer several times and then allow it to dry thoroughly. For thicker or more oily blends, repeated rinsing may be required in order to maintain a fine mist and smooth dosing.
This glass bottle with atomizer is particularly suitable for water-based and hydrolat blends, light emulsion sprays and liquid preparations that are not too thick and do not heavily foul the spray mechanism. It is excellent for facial toners, body and hair sprays, aromatherapeutic mists or room sprays. For formulations with a higher proportion of oils or more solid components, we recommend testing the dosing and, if necessary, selecting a different type of applicator.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the material composition specified in the product parameters. The glass part of the bottle, once emptied and rinsed, is usually placed in glass collection, while the plastic or metal parts of the atomizer go to the appropriate separated waste stream according to local rules. Before disposal it is advisable to remove any product residues from the packaging in order to facilitate processing in the recycling system.
