Glass vial with cream dispenser and smoky top represents an elegant and professional cosmetic packaging, designed for precise and hygienic dispensing of cream and emulsion products. High-quality glass provides a stable environment for sensitive formulations and helps preserve their consistency, fragrance and functional components throughout the entire period of use. Thanks to the integrated dispenser, the bottle is suitable for products for which a controlled amount and minimized contact of the contents with air are important.
The glass vial in this configuration is supplied with a dispensing system designed to ensure comfortable and hygienic use of cream products. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
To select a suitable bottle, vial or jar, we recommend using the advanced filter, which you can find at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category. In the advanced filter you can easily choose the neck type, size, colour and material of the packaging and quickly find the combination that best suits your formulation and dosing method.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if correct hygiene principles are followed, especially for own production or refilling of cosmetics. Before each new filling it is necessary to thoroughly clean and disinfect the bottle, including the dispensing mechanism. For disinfection we recommend using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, for example the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Packaging prepared in this way is more suitable for safely refilling with a new batch of product.
The dispenser must first be mechanically rinsed with a suitable cleaning solution that is compatible with the materials used and the original product (for example a mild non-aggressive detergent). We then recommend rinsing with clean water and finally disinfecting with an alcohol-based preparation such as isopropyl or ethanol. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry thoroughly at room temperature. Before reuse, it is advisable to carry out test actuations of the dispenser with a clean liquid in order to verify full flow and smooth dispensing.
The glass vial with dispenser is constructed so that, when properly closed, it provides reliable sealing even when carried in a cosmetic bag. When travelling, we recommend always tightening the dispenser firmly, storing the packaging in an upright position as a precaution and gradually testing the dispensing during the first use after transport. For very dynamic conditions (for example sports bags) it may be appropriate to complement the packaging with a protective case or to transport it in a separate pocket to minimize mechanical stress on the glass.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to local waste management rules. The glass part can usually be placed, after emptying and basic rinsing, in a container intended for glass, while the plastic components of the dispenser are sorted according to the type of plastic indicated in the product parameters. Before recycling, it is advisable to remove any product residues from the packaging and, if necessary, separate the glass container from the plastic parts in accordance with the recommendations given on the Handymade product page, so that the recycling process is as effective as possible.
The vial with cream dispenser is most suitable for emulsions and creams with medium to higher viscosity, which need to be applied in a smaller, precisely dosed amount. This applies in particular to face creams, local care preparations, conditioning emulsions for sensitive skin areas or premium products with a higher proportion of active substances. For very thick balms or, on the contrary, thin liquids, it is always advisable to carry out a trial filling to verify smooth operation of the dispenser and to adapt the formulation or the selected type of packaging accordingly.
