Tall glass vial, black sprayer, black top 50 ml represents a practical and aesthetic packaging suitable for fine spraying of cosmetic preparations as well as technical solutions. Thanks to the high-quality glass and functional sprayer, it enables convenient, even dosing of liquids while contributing to the professional appearance of the finished product.
This type of bottle is ideal for packing various liquid formulations where controlled application in a smaller amount is important – whether it is facial toners, hydrating sprays, hair lotions or other preparations that require a fine mist without the need for direct contact with the skin.
This bottle with sprayer is designed to be compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems according to the selected parameters in the packaging category – for example with screw caps, droppers, other types of sprayers or practical applicators with the same neck type. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Glass is generally a very stable material that also withstands formulations containing alcohol and essential oils well. Therefore, this bottle is suitable for most liquid cosmetic preparations such as toners, facial and body sprays or hair lotions. Nevertheless, for each new product we recommend making a trial test batch and verifying the compatibility of the specific formula with the packaging and the sprayer.
The packaging can be reused if basic hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and the sprayer, rinsing them and subsequently disinfecting them with a suitable preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For this purpose you can use the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured vegetable. Only after complete drying and evaporation of the alcohol is the bottle ready for the next filling.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste sorting rules and the information given in the product parameters for this packaging. After emptying and rinsing, the glass bottle is usually placed in the appropriate glass container, while the plastic parts of the sprayer and the top are then sorted according to the material designation. Before handing over to sorted waste, it is advisable to remove product residues from the packaging to facilitate its recycling.
With long-term use it is important that product residues do not accumulate in the sprayer. For thicker or oil-based formulations, we recommend, after using up the contents, flushing the mechanism several times with warm water, possibly with a mild cleaning agent, until the water stream from the sprayer is clear and even. If you plan to use another type of product, it is advisable to clean the sprayer thoroughly and let it dry completely so that different components do not mix in the mechanism.
