Tall brown glass bottle (dropper bottle) with glossy white-silver dispenser 50 ml represents an elegant and functional solution for packaging cosmetic and natural products that require precise dosing. The brown glass helps protect the sensitive contents from light, which is advantageous for products prone to degradation when exposed to light. The practical dispenser allows comfortable and hygienic application without excessive contact with the contents, which supports the stability and longer shelf life of formulations.
This type of packaging is suitable for liquid and semi-liquid cosmetic preparations that need controlled dosing – from serums and facial oils to light emulsions. This product is a combination of glass bottle and dispenser, designed and tested as a functional unit. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

The glass container is materially stable and suitable for products with a higher content of active substances or oil components, since glass has a low tendency to interact with the contents. However, for formulations with very specific or aggressive components we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test to verify the behaviour of the product during long-term storage in the packaging.
The packaging can be reused provided that basic hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned and subsequently disinfected with a suitable product, such as isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For this purpose you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after thorough washing, drying and disinfection is the bottle ready for further safe use.
First we recommend thoroughly rinsing the inside of the glass container with warm water and a mild detergent, then rinsing it several times with clean water and allowing it to dry completely. After drying, it is advisable to disinfect the inner walls and neck of the packaging with, for example, isopropyl alcohol or ethanol and allow the alcohol to evaporate. For the dispenser, it is important to repeatedly pump through the cleaning solution and then the disinfectant so that the entire dispensing mechanism is flushed through. Only after this procedure is the packaging ready for a new filling.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle and dispenser, we recommend recycling them according to the material types specified in the product parameters. The glass part can usually be placed in a glass recycling container after removing any product residues. The dispenser and any plastic or metal components must be sorted according to the instructions of the local waste collection system – follow the material information in the parameter table for the specific product on the Handymade website. Before recycling, it is advisable to empty and rinse the packaging as thoroughly as possible to minimise product residues.
