Plastic medicine bottle with dispenser is a practical packaging intended for precise and hygienic dispensing of liquid preparations. It allows convenient filling and application of products where control of the quantity and cleanliness during use are important. Thanks to the plastic material used, the bottle is lightweight, resistant to normal mechanical stress and suitable for everyday use in cosmetics as well as in artisanal production.
The packaging with dispenser is designed to help protect the contents from air and impurities, thereby contributing to the stability of many formulations. It is suitable for packing products where precise application of a smaller amount is important – whether for home cosmetics, specialized care or technical solutions. The practical dispensing mechanism at the same time increases the comfort of the end user and helps reduce product waste.
This product represents a combination of bottle and dispensing system, which is designed as a functional unit for comfortable and precise use. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you are sure the packaging meets the specific requirements of your product.
All technical parameters of the packaging are stated in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Before first use we recommend thoroughly cleaning the packaging, rinsing it and subsequently disinfecting it with a suitable product. For disinfection of the inner surface of the bottle and dispenser it is appropriate to use alcohol solutions, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, let all parts dry thoroughly at room temperature and only then fill the packaging with your product.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if correct hygiene principles are followed. After the contents have been used up, we recommend disassembling the bottle and the dispensing mechanism, cleaning them mechanically and washing them thoroughly. Before refilling, it is necessary to disinfect the entire packaging, for example using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after all parts have completely dried is the bottle ready for further use.
The method of recycling the packaging must be adapted to the material stated in the product parameters and to the recycling mark on the packaging. Before handing it over to separated collection, we recommend emptying the bottle and dispenser, wiping or rinsing product residues so that a larger amount of contents does not remain in the container. Subsequently, separate the packaging according to materials (for example plastic parts, any other components) and place them in the appropriate collection container according to local waste sorting rules. If the recycling symbol is not clear, we recommend following the information in the product parameters on the website and the recommendations of the local waste collection system.
The dispensing bottle is particularly suitable for products where precise and hygienic application of a smaller amount is important. In practice, it is used mainly for concentrated cosmetic preparations, special solutions for face and scalp, treatment courses, functional extracts and aromatic blends intended for local use. Thanks to the integrated dispenser it is also suitable for formulations where you want to make everyday handling of the product easier for the end user.
