The packaging can be reused if basic hygiene rules are observed. Before each new filling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the bottle and the dispensing mechanism and to dry them adequately. We then recommend disinfecting the packaging with a suitable alcohol-based product, for example isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant-based ethanol ethanol 96 % denatured. Disinfection must be adjusted to the specific type of fill in order to maintain the stability and safety of the final product.

The dispenser is most suitable for low- to medium-viscosity liquid preparations, such as toners, facial and body emulsions, light creams, gels, serums and oil blends with a thinner consistency. For very thick or strongly gel-like formulations, we recommend first testing the dosing on a small trial sample to verify smooth pump operation and the desired amount per actuation.

When filling, we recommend using a funnel or suitable filling tool and working with the lowest possible liquid flow to minimise the incorporation of air into the product. Do not fill the bottle completely to the top – leave space so the dispenser can sit properly and seal. After filling, remove any product residues from the neck, and only then screw on the dispenser. This will reduce the risk of fouling the thread and the pump mechanism itself.

Store the bottle in a dry and clean environment, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat. Do not disassemble the dispenser unnecessarily unless it is essential for cleaning – this reduces the risk of mechanical damage. The surface of the packaging can be gently wiped with a damp cloth; avoid aggressive cleaning agents that could affect the appearance or integrity of the plastic. If you notice reduced flow through the pump, we recommend checking for residues of dried product and, if necessary, gently rinsing the mechanism with a suitable solution compatible with your formulation.

If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend recycling it according to the instructions given with the product in the parameters section, where you will also find information on the material used. Before disposal, remove any remaining contents and rinse the packaging so that no formulation residues remain inside. Then sort the bottle and, where applicable, the dispenser into the container designated for that type of plastic, according to local waste collection rules. By sorting correctly, you contribute to more efficient recycling and a reduction in the amount of waste.
