FAQ – Frequently asked questions

Is the dropper suitable for thicker oils or only for thin liquids?

The dropper is primarily designed for dosing thin to medium-viscosity liquids. For thicker oils or more viscous serums, we recommend first testing the dripping speed and flow in order to be sure that the dosing will be smooth and comfortable. In the case of very viscous formulations, a pump or another type of dispensing system may be a more suitable solution.

How should I correctly attach the dropper to the bottle so that it seals properly?

Always place the dropper onto a clean and dry bottle neck. First, gently screw it on so that the thread “catches” evenly, and then tighten it with a smooth, firm but not excessive pressure. After the first filling, we recommend performing a sealing test – fill the bottle with the dropper, close it, turn it upside down and hold it briefly. If no leakage occurs, the joint is functional.

Can I use the dropper repeatedly with different products?

The dropper can be used repeatedly if strict hygiene rules are observed. Before each new filling it must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected to prevent microbial contamination or undesirable mixing of fragrances and active ingredients. For disinfection, we recommend using IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After treatment, allow all parts to dry thoroughly at room temperature.

How should I correctly dispose of and recycle the dropper and the remaining packaging after use?

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the material type listed in the parameters of the specific product. Individual parts (for example plastic, or a combination with other materials) should be separated from each other and sorted into the appropriate collection containers in accordance with local waste-sorting rules. Before recycling, remove residues of the contents by rinsing with water or an appropriate cleaning agent and ensure that the packaging is freed from product residues as much as possible.
