The glass bottle with a glossy dispenser represents a professional packaging suitable for filling cosmetic products, serums and other liquid formulations where controlled and aesthetic application is important. High-quality glass combined with precise dispensing helps maintain the stability of the composition, protects the contents from external influences and at the same time supports the premium appearance of the finished product.
This type of bottle is ideal for products that require clean, precise and hygienic dispensing, which is especially appreciated by manufacturers of skin care, hair cosmetics, serums and special concentrates. The packaging is suitable for filling liquid and slightly viscous products that require even application without greater contact with air, thereby extending their usability and maintaining the stability of active ingredients.
Glass bottles of this type are compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems according to the selected parameters – for example with screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

The glass bottle with dispenser is ideal for liquid and slightly viscous products such as serums, oils and light emulsions. For thicker formulations we recommend first testing the dispensing – whether the product passes smoothly through the dispensing mechanism without excessive pressure. In the case of very rich creams it may be more appropriate to choose another type of packaging, for example a jar or a pot.
The packaging can be used repeatedly provided that basic hygiene rules are observed. Before each refilling, the bottle and the dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable agent, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. This minimises the risk of microbial contamination as well as the transfer of fragrances or residues of the previous product.
Before filling, we recommend rinsing the bottle with a suitable cleaning agent, rinsing thoroughly with clean water and allowing it to dry completely. It is then advisable to disinfect the packaging with alcohol – it is practical to rinse the inner space and to perform surface disinfection of the packaging and the dispenser using IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after complete evaporation of the alcohol and drying is the bottle ready for filling with your product.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to local waste sorting rules. After emptying and basic cleaning, throw the glass bottle into the container designated for glass. The dispenser, which is composed of several materials (plastic, metallic surface coating, possibly a spring), is usually not placed in the glass container, but in mixed or plastic waste according to the instructions of your collection system. Before recycling it is advisable to separate the glass part from the dispensing mechanism so that the glass packaging can be processed as efficiently as possible.
