Glass bottle – medicine bottle with aluminum cap represents a professional packaging suitable for careful filling of cosmetic and liquid products. High-quality glass in combination with a precisely fitting metal closure creates a practical and aesthetic container that is ideal for products requiring purity, stability and reliable sealing. Thanks to the durable material, this bottle is suitable for liquid formulations that need protected and hygienic packaging.
The standalone glass medicine bottle is compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems available on Handymade.sk. Depending on the selected parameters, it can be combined with screw caps, droppers, atomizers or practical applicators that facilitate dosing of a specific product.
Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behavior of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product specifications.
The glass bottle is suitable primarily for liquid or slightly viscous preparations, such as toners, light serums or thin oily blends. For thicker formulations, we recommend selecting a suitable type of closure or dispenser (for example a dropper or applicator) from the available accessories and always verifying smooth dosing with a test batch.
The packaging can be reused if basic hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the closure must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, for example the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. Only then do we recommend refilling the packaging to minimize the risk of microbial contamination and degradation of the content.
Before reuse, first rinse the bottle with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent to remove residues of the original product. Then rinse the packaging with clean water and let it drain thoroughly. Before refilling, we recommend disinfecting the inner surface with alcohol (ALK001 / ALK002), that is, for example, using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, and after the alcohol has evaporated, use the bottle for a new filling.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the material composition listed in the product specifications. The glass bottle can usually be placed in the glass collection after removing product residues and any labels. The metal cap should be sorted according to local rules for metal packaging or small metal waste. Always follow the recommendations of your municipality or collection company to make recycling as effective as possible.

In the advanced filter, you can conveniently set parameters such as neck type, size, color and material of the packaging. This allows you to quickly narrow down the offer only to those bottles, jars or pots that meet the needs of your specific product.
When choosing a different closure or dropper, it is important to check the compatibility of the neck and ensure correct seating of the seal. We always recommend testing the combination on a small trial batch – verify tightness during transport, dosing behavior and any impact on the consistency or stability of the product in contact with the closure material. All combinations offered directly on Handymade are tested, but for your own combinations, your own compatibility test is essential.
