Glass bottle with aluminum closure represents a professional solution for packaging liquid and powdered preparations where precise dosing, reliable sealing and a representative appearance of the packaging are required. Durable glass in combination with a metal cap creates a practical and aesthetic bottle suitable for artisanal, laboratory and small-scale production.
This packaging is designed for cosmetic formulations, alcoholic and aqueous mixtures, tinctures and other specialized preparations, for which composition stability and protection against external influences are important. The smooth surface of the bottle allows easy labeling with stickers and at the same time facilitates cleaning during repeated use within your projects.
The separate glass bottle with a standardized neck is compatible with various types of closures and dispensing according to the selected parameters. You can combine it with screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators, allowing you to adapt the method of dosing to the specific product and user.
The combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – verify the seal, the smoothness of dispensing and the behavior of the packaging in contact with your specific formulation (especially for products containing alcohol, acids, oils or active substances).

The glass bottle is suitable for packaging various liquid cosmetic preparations, such as serums, facial toners, hair lotions or special treatments. Solid glass and a high-quality closure help maintain the stability of the formulation and at the same time allow precise dosing during everyday use. Before filling, we always recommend thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting the packaging according to the type of product you will be filling into the container.
The packaging can be reused when hygiene principles are observed, for example when testing different recipes or when refilling the same type of product. Before each new filling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean and disinfect the container and the closure in order to minimize the risk of microbial contamination and undesirable reactions with residues of the previous contents. For disinfection, we recommend using, for example, isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant ethanol Ethanol 96 % denatured, which are commonly used in the preparation of homemade cosmetics and the hygienic preparation of packaging.
Before first and repeated use, it is appropriate to clean the bottle mechanically (rinsing, or a mild cleaning agent intended for glass), rinse thoroughly with clean water and then dry. After drying, disinfection follows – the inner surface and the thread can be treated, for example, with isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant ethanol Ethanol 96 % denatured. Leave the disinfectant solution to act briefly, pour out the excess and let the packaging dry completely so that it is ready for safe filling with a new product.
If you decide not to use the bottle further, we recommend emptying it as much as possible and removing any remaining contents. Then dispose of the glass part according to the recommendations given in the parameter table for the product – as a rule, it belongs in the container intended for glass recycling. It is advisable to separate the metal closure and sort it separately according to local rules for metal packaging. By following the recommended sorting according to the parameters section directly on the product, you help conserve raw materials and reduce the amount of waste.
