Disc top cap aluminium/PP with gold body and transparent center is an elegant and functional packaging component suitable for professional and artisan packaging of cosmetics and other liquid preparations. Thanks to the practical disc-top mechanism, it enables convenient, controlled dispensing of the bottle contents while minimizing the risk of spillage and contamination of the surroundings.
This type of closure supports hygienic and repeatedly precise dispensing of emulsions, gels or liquids, thus contributing to the stability and quality of the final product throughout the entire period of use. The combination of a metallic appearance and a transparent element gives the packaging a premium character that fits well into the design of modern natural as well as conventional cosmetics.
This type of cap is intended for compatible bottles and vials with the corresponding thread, enabling convenient dispensing of the contents by simply pressing the upper part. Packaging and closures that are combined directly in the Handymade range are mutually matched and create a functional, tested whole. When selecting a suitable bottle or vial, it is necessary to check the conformity of the type and size of the neck with the specification given in the product parameters. Packaging with the same thread will ensure correct screwing and reliable sealing. We recommend choosing high-quality plastic or glass containers intended for cosmetic formulations and always carrying out a leak test and functionality test of dispensing with the specific preparation before final use.
The cap can be repeatedly fitted onto bottles with correct handling and careful use, as long as it is not visibly damaged or worn. When reusing, it is essential to observe hygienic principles – before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting the packaging and the closure. For disinfection, you can use isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol, which help minimize microbial risks in home and professional production.
If you decide not to continue using the packaging with this cap, we recommend recycling it according to the type of material indicated in the product parameters. Before recycling, it is advisable to rinse out the remaining contents from the bottle and the cap as thoroughly as possible in order to minimize contamination of sorted waste. The cap itself and the used container are included in the appropriate separate collection according to the material designation, which you will find in the parameter table for the specific product on Handymade, in accordance with the rules of the local waste management system.

The disc top cap is particularly suitable for liquid and semi-liquid preparations that do not require very precise drop-by-drop dispensing, but rather convenient squeezing out or pouring of a smaller amount of product. These include, for example, facial and body emulsions, body lotions, light oil blends, hair care products or shower gels. Before fitting it onto the final product, we recommend verifying how the specific formulation behaves during dispensing so that the resulting user comfort meets expectations.
