White matte smooth dropper 84 mm is a practical dosing closure designed for precise administration of liquid preparations in small quantities. In combination with a correctly selected bottle, it represents a reliable solution for cosmetic formulations, aromatherapy and various special blends where controlled drop-by-drop dosing is important. Thanks to its well-thought-out shape and high-quality workmanship, it helps minimize product loss and keep the contents of the packaging clean and hygienically protected.
This dropper is intended for use with compatible bottles according to the selected neck parameters and type of packaging. Within the Handymade range, various glass and plastic bottles are available, with which it is possible to create a functional and visually harmonized set. The packaging and closure combinations that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) so that you can be sure that the chosen packaging system is suitable for your specific product.
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters. Before making the final choice, we recommend comparing this data with the requirements of your formulation and method of use so that the packaging corresponds as closely as possible to the intended application.
The dropper is designed for dosing common cosmetic and aromatherapeutic liquids with low to medium viscosity. Thicker oils or gel textures may drip more slowly or unevenly, so we always recommend carrying out a test with your specific formulation and, if necessary, choosing a different type of dosing from the range of closures and applicators.
The dropper can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, we recommend disassembling the dropper according to the possibilities of the specific type, cleaning it thoroughly and then disinfecting it with a suitable preparation. For disinfection you can use products with IPA or ethanol, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. After disinfection, let all parts dry completely on a clean surface and only then use the dropper again.
The compatibility of the dropper with bottles is determined primarily by the type and size of the neck, which you can find in the parameters of each product. When choosing, we recommend checking the neck designation on both the dropper and the bottle and selecting only from combinations that are offered together on Handymade or that have identical technical designation. Even with matching parameters, always carry out a trial filling to verify sealing, dosing comfort and the behaviour of your specific formulation.
If you decide not to use the dropper further, we recommend disposing of it correctly in accordance with the recycling rules given for the specific product in the parameter table. Depending on the material used, it is advisable to clean the dropper from product residues before discarding it and then place it in the appropriate sorted waste stream. If the packaging material does not belong in normal separate collection, follow the recommendations of your local collection yard or the instructions in your municipality so that the recycling is as environmentally friendly as possible.
When choosing a suitable bottle, closure or dropper, you can use the extended filter located at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category. Using the filter, you can easily narrow down the range according to parameters such as type and size of neck, packaging size, colour or material. In this way you will quickly find combinations that will be technically and visually most suitable for your formulation.
