Black plastic dropper 57 mm is a practical accessory for dropper bottles and smaller vials intended for precise dosing of liquid products. It enables comfortable and controlled application of liquids without dripping outside the neck, which is ideal for concentrated formulations and valuable raw materials. Thanks to suitable geometry and material, the dropper is a stable part of the packaging solution for home and semi‑professional filling of cosmetics and other specialized preparations.
The dropper can be reused provided you follow basic hygiene principles. Before each new filling, the dropper and the rest of the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected to minimize the risk of microbial contamination. For disinfection, we recommend using a suitable alcohol‑based preparation such as isopropyl alcohol or ethanol in a grade intended for cleaning packaging. On Handymade you will find, for example, the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol and Ethanol 96% denatured plant‑based, which are suitable for disinfecting packaging components before reuse.
When selecting a compatible bottle or vial, it is crucial to monitor the data on the neck finish and recommended combinations directly in the product parameters on the dropper’s page. We recommend choosing bottles and vials that are listed with the product as related or recommended, since these combinations are practically verified on Handymade. It is always advisable to try a trial filling and test sealing performance, dosing comfort and the behaviour of the dropper in contact with the specific formulation.
Before first use, we recommend mechanically cleaning the dropper of any manufacturing residues and then disinfecting it. In practice, rinsing with a suitable alcohol and then allowing the components to dry at room temperature in a clean, dust‑free place has proven effective. You can use products such as IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant‑based. When cleaning, avoid high temperature and aggressive cleaning agents that could damage the material of the dropper.
If you decide not to use the dropper any longer, we recommend recycling it where possible, in accordance with the material identification listed in the product parameters. First remove any remaining contents so that no residues of cosmetics or concentrates remain in the sorted waste. Then dispose of the dropper in the appropriate container according to the type of plastic, or hand it over at a collection point that accepts this type of packaging material. By following the recycling instructions, you reduce the amount of waste and extend the life cycle of the raw materials used.
To quickly find suitable packaging, we recommend using the advanced filter, which you will find at the top of the page after clicking on a specific packaging category. With the filter, you can clearly narrow down the range according to parameters such as neck type, size, colour or material. In this way, you can easily select compatible bottles, vials or other containers for the dropper and at the same time check whether the packaging meets your expectations in terms of design and functionality. For specific requirements, we recommend combining filtering with carefully reading the product descriptions and parameters.
