White-gold dropper cap 44 mm is an elegant and functional closure designed for precise dosing of liquid products into a suitable bottle or vial. Thanks to the dropper insert and practical construction, it enables hygienic and controlled use of liquid preparations, which is ideal for making homemade cosmetics as well as professional formulations. This type of closure helps minimize the contact of the contents with the external environment and supports safe, economical and repeatedly consistent dosing.
When selecting a suitable bottle or vial for the dropper cap, we recommend using the advanced filter in the packaging category, which is located at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant category. You can conveniently filter by neck type, size, colour and material, which allows you to find compatible packaging for your dropper cap and specific product.
The dropper cap can be reused if basic hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling we recommend thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting the dropper cap and the corresponding bottle to minimize the risk of microbial contamination. For disinfecting the packaging you can use for example isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % 1 l or denatured ethanol of plant origin Ethanol 96 % 1 l. Only after they have evaporated is it appropriate to fill the packaging again.
This dropper cap is ideal wherever you need to dose smaller amounts of a liquid product in the form of drops. It is often used for facial and hair serums, oil-based and water-based solutions, aromatic blends, concentrated active ingredients and special care drops. It is always important to verify the suitability of dosing with the specific viscosity and composition of your formulation.
Before final filling we recommend preparing a smaller trial batch, filling it into the selected bottle with this dropper cap and testing it under real conditions of use. Observe in particular whether the dropper cap seals even when the packaging is turned upside down, whether it doses smoothly and without clogging, and whether the material of the dropper cap does not react with the contents (change in colour, odour or consistency). It is advisable to carry out the test over several days to weeks so that you can be sure that the combination of packaging and product is stable in the long term.
If you decide not to use the dropper cap further, we recommend first removing any product residues according to the nature of the contents (e.g. by wiping out or rinsing in accordance with local regulations). Afterwards, it is appropriate to place the packaging in sorted waste according to the type of material indicated in the parameter table for the product on the Handymade website. In this way you will ensure its correct recycling in accordance with the applicable waste management rules.
