Black matte dropper with glossy band is a practical packaging component designed for precise dosing of liquid preparations in cosmetics as well as home production. Thanks to the combination of a plastic body, dropper pipette and sealing element, it helps ensure controlled and hygienic dosing of oil-based, water-based and concentrated blends without unnecessary product waste.
The design of the dropper is engineered so that when properly screwed onto a compatible bottle it provides reliable sealing and protects the contents from external contamination. The visually understated black finish with a glossy detail looks professional and can be easily combined with various types of dropper bottles and vials to achieve a uniform appearance of the entire product line.
Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Always first screw the dropper firmly onto a compatible bottle according to the thread and only then test the dosing. When filling, we recommend filling the bottle so that sufficient free space remains for the rubber part and the dropper pipette, thereby reducing the risk of the contents being forced out when closing. Drip vertically above the desired area or into the palm of your hand to obtain a uniform and repeatable amount with each squeeze.
The dropper can be reused with one type of product, or within the same formulation, provided that basic hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable preparation, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol available in the Handymade range (/ipa-99-isopropyl-alkohol-1-l/, /etanol-96-denaturovany-rastlinny-1-l/). When switching to a completely different type of product (for example from a perfume composition to a facial serum), we recommend using a new dropper in order to avoid undesirable effects on the scent or stability of the final product.
Store the dropper in a dry and clean environment, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat. After contact with the product, it is advisable to regularly wipe the outer part with a clean, lint-free cloth so that residues of oils or powders do not accumulate on the thread. In the case of planned repeated use, always ensure thorough rinsing with a suitable solvent for the given type of formulation, followed by disinfection. Excessive mechanical stress, strong tightening or incorrect fitting onto incompatible necks may shorten the service life of the dropper.
When selecting suitable packaging, we recommend using the extended filter, which you can find at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging material category. In the extended filter you can conveniently filter by neck type, size, colour and material, thus quickly narrowing down the range to packaging that meets the technological and visual requirements of your product. Filtering will make it easier to match bottles to closures, droppers or sprayers and will help you create a functional and uniform packaging concept.
If you decide not to reuse the dropper, we recommend unscrewing it from the bottle, separating the individual parts where possible and removing any product residues. Then recycle the packaging according to the information on material composition given in the parameter table for the product on the Handymade website. Place the plastic parts in the appropriate sorted waste according to local regulations; any mixed components that cannot be separated belong in municipal waste. In this way you minimise environmental impact and support responsible handling of packaging materials.
